DEPRESSION
This is what depression can look like.
Maybe You as well are having depression, but You are afraid to admit? I had and I keep on checking on myself all the time, because this can be treated and it is not shameful to have depression.
Do not ignore symptoms like:
- big mood swings in short period of time,
- feeling and thinking that life has no sense,
- thinking that noone sees You and noone cares,
- feeling overtired or sleeping more that usually,
- feeling angry for no reason,
- often being irritaed and feeling like You will blow in one second,
- having no power,
- having heavy feeling on chest while breathing,
- having panic attacks or deep fears/fobias.
This can be depression.
Towards overs:
The most smiling people can be the saddest and most depressed. Don’t let to expressive:fake smiles full You. If person is overhappy most probably is dealing with some real emotional problems. Be attentive, be kind, be wise and most of all be there for that person, don’t think like most people do: „s/he is strong and will be fine”...
