Long Bean One Pot Rice❤️
Steps:
Long bean mixture
- Heat some oil in wok, fry chopped garlic till golden brown. Then stir fried sliced shoulder butt pork till fragrance (i love to use this particular part of pork for this dish)
Add in the rest of the ingredients - mini King mushrooms, shitake mushroom & long bean. Give it a quick toss. Add in seasoning - pepper, sesame oil (adult version with salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce). Add in chicken soup stock.
Cook till long bean is soft.
Rice
- When the water in the rice cooker almost dried up, add in fried long beans mixture. Cover it, continue to cook until the rice cooker automatically turn to "Keep Warm" mode. Leave it there for another 5 to 10 mins. Stir well.
Before served, sprinkle some liloikanbilis powder & black sesame for added flavour & nutrients!

Today dinner:
Creamy garlic alphabet pasta❤️ (salt free)
-Melt Unsalted butter and Pan fried scallop & salmon with rosemary & thyme.
-Blanch broccoli & boil pasta
-Sauce: Stir fried mini King mushrooms & chopped garlic in the leftover butter that used to pan fried seafood. Then add in Emborg cooking cream, Hokkaido fresh milk, Bega cheddar cheese, mix herbs, onion & garlic powder. Stir until cheese is melted. Add in some water that used to boil pasta to thicken the sauce. Stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens.
-Toss hot alphabet pasta with sauce and serve immediately.
Served with her current fav fruit: figs (very nutritious fruit!)
