We all require healing from something we’ve experienced in life. Bad relationship, broken friendship or dysfunctional family - we are part of something that hurts immensely. We suffer silently with the pain and often seek for comfort in the arms of those who keep us safe from the memories. We need to heal in order to move on ; if wounds from the past has the tendency to inflict pain constantly then you will forever live on the edge, finding yourself shifting through emotions. You can be a survivor only if you are living to the fullest and for that, you need healing. The first step to healing is to let go of all the past memories, people and even places that reminds you of a painful experience even if it is the hardest thing to do 😊♥️🌈✨ ✨
