Took her to a specialist today for CT scan. So Pito has diaphragmatic hernia that was caused by trauma when she was small. Probably in Capitol Theatre where i picked her up on 28 Nov 2018.

We have decided to put her through surgery to fix that hole in her diaphragm. Otherwise, there'll be even more complication when she's older. It may even be fatal.

My dear sweetheart, i hope your operation goes well. Papa, mama and jiejie will you waiting for you at home with your favourite snack. Love you so much Pito Woo.

Pito was found 3 Dec 2018 at Capitol Theatre when i was there for SGIFF. She was extremely malnutrition then, weighing barely 1kg. Went i brought her home and showered her, i found that she was covered with fleas.
The next day, i brought her to a vet immediately because her breathing was very laboured. Doc said she might have FIP, an uncurable feline virus. She might not make it pass 1 month. She was also extremely anaemic.
Deon and i were very worried about her health condition. So even though we were only fostering at that time, we did all we could to nurse her back to health.
Fast forward to 25 days later. This little girl is getting along well with Jups, playing catching and hopping around everywhere. She has a superb appetite! No longer infested with fleas, nor is she aneamic. Free of FIP, FELV, FIV!
Deon and i also found that we are emotionally in too deep to give her away. So, today we annouce a new member of our family, Pito Woo!

Ps: the expression on our faces were unplanned, obviously. Haha
