It was a beautiful evening(and freezing).
第一次的Silence disco yoga experience，雖然充滿霧的Baker Beach今晚很冷，但是個很感動、快樂、平靜的體驗。
這天晚上體感大約9-10度，穿著防風外套、戴上耳機在海邊作瑜珈，老師怕我們太冷還生了火，過程中看到了海豚。
躺在沙灘上的時候老師請我們在心裡為自己許一個願望，我當時看著天空心裡想：期許自己這輩子做任何事都是為了真正的快樂而作。
靠近尾聲的時候，我們跑向海邊跳舞，拿掉耳機錄下這個畫面的時後覺得很有趣，這時候腦袋都是音樂，沒有人在乎其他人跳的怎麼樣，我們都在享受當下。
結束的時候已經將近九點，我們圍成一圈圈，給左右的人擁抱，一起唱了幾首歌後結束，今天覺得來參加的人都好美。
這是我這輩子這一次完全自在的跟陌生人跳著舞，大家臉上都掛著笑容，很感動也打從心底的覺得開心滿足☺️

Outdoor Voices
想要Outdoor Voices的運動服很久很久了，大概從前年冬天妄想到現在。等待的原因除了價錢貴以外，就是沒機會試穿不敢輕易網購，而全世界的實體店面只有兩家。
要是買了穿起來尺寸不合身，或者是太過合身導致駱駝蹄的話豈不很糗，謝天謝地它沒有緊到那樣的地步，否則千里迢迢來買不成，會哭喔😂
最後拿了漸層褲與crop上衣兩色，灰黑萬搭色與簡單設計，配其他品牌也行，也是網路上健身辣模們最常穿的款式。
不過就是運動服，憑什麼賣這個價又不打折（畢竟之前我都在marshalls買那種一件十幾塊的），可是摸到材質就知道，超舒服。上衣沒胸墊也不壓胸，我穿不慣有胸墊的，不過副乳容易跑出來say hello，激凸的話試穿時沒這問題，反正我制服也是激凸啊無所謂。胞姊拿來當內搭褲，她說洗很多次了還沒爛，good運動服就是要耐洗，一週要穿兩三次的。（咦，我有這麼認真嗎？）
