True story — since Month 4~5 with both my babies 🙃
Thank you for all your well wishes during my milk-duct-clog-slight-fever situation I shared on igstories last week.
Here are some remedies you guys suggested and that worked for me:
- massage massage massage (no matter how much it hurts!), more effective if you do it in a hot shower
- Squeeze/pump out the excess milk in the clogged boob (be careful not to overpump!)
- Only nurse your baby on the clogged boob until symptoms are relieved
- Take lecithin supplements or Materna Opti-Lac tablets that help balance bacterial levels for healthier lactating boobs! #notad
I never experienced this with Klay, but this is the third time with Brooks!
Have you guys experienced this during your breastfeeding journey? Would you have any more tips/remedies to add to the list?

生日當天穿起最近最喜歡的 @love_amber_madam 的衣服，心情就是一整個好💖！這套流蘇套裝穿起來就有滿滿的氣場！而且還滿顯瘦！媽媽最喜歡它把腿部弄得若隱若現😍很可惜流蘇套裝好像不再接受預訂了，但琥珀太太已經上架早秋第一波，第二波也很快要接著上架了，看來媽媽也要買到砍手指😂😂
