The taste of stall ramen that makes you feel nostalgic somewhere ...! I went to the stall ramen “Yukitora” under the elevated at Suidobashi Station in Chiyoda-ku after a long absence! Street ramen has nostalgia that everyone feels, and the conversation between the master and regulars is also one of the tastes! Please take a look at the cup you made with all your heart!

『幸っちゃん』のラーメン、いよいよ実食です！昨日は調理風景をご覧頂いた『幸っちゃん』は虎ノ門、銀座で店を出している、今では珍しくなった屋台ラーメンのお店です。

店主の高齢化や開発の影響で屋台自体がどんどん減り、数年後には完全に消滅してしまうかもしれないそう。後世に残したい貴重な情景を動画に残したいと、おじさんにお願いして撮らせてもらってきました。今回は作ってもらったラーメンを食べます。日本人が感じるどこか懐かしい味…そんな郷愁が伝わると嬉しいです。

The stalls are steadily declining due to the aging of store owners and the Olympics, and they may disappear completely in a few years. I asked my uncle to shoot a valuable scene that I would like to keep in the movie for precious future. This time I will eat the ramen I had. Some nostalgic taste that Japanese people feel ... I am glad if such a nostalgia is transmitted.
