小黃瓜
蒜頭
辣椒
🔹調味料
鹽巴半匙
糖1/3匙
烏醋
香油
🔸食譜
1️⃣小黃瓜敲碎後加入一湯匙鹽巴抓一抓
2️⃣醃30分鐘後把水瀝乾並用冷水沖洗
3️⃣加入鹽巴半湯匙、1/3匙糖、蒜末、辣椒抓勻
4️⃣加入烏醋、適量香油抓勻
5️⃣放入容器用保鮮膜包起來冷藏一小時即可食用
