In relation to the #covid_19 situation....
It’s an I’ll wind that blows nobody any good. In the midst of fear, anxiety, and the unknown forecast for the near and distant future, light can nevertheless still be shed on the circumstances. Taking a step back and perhaps slowing down the preconditioned lifestyle can be a blessing in disguise. There is so, so much we can take advantage of during this time. We can work on ourselves. We can read more, write more, meditate more, work on our health and wellness, learn new skills, and spend more focused time with family, just to name a few.
