Before datangnya peminat2 sepahtu kat FB page ni, i was using this FB page as a blog. Ramona suka share pasal skincare (70% rasanya), a lil bit about traveling & cooking juga. But mostly mmg about skincare.

I have a HUGE love for skincare - I love explaining, sharing about what I understand and learned about the latest skincare brand ke, personal experience pakai certain product ke, and even giving tips about skincare / penjagaan muka / body care / hair care etc. I just loveeeeee & enjoy sharing so much especially when it comes to all these beauty stuff.

I honestly love my genuine followers especially yg rajin baca bila Ramona type panjang2, suka tanya byk2 soalan, or even share with me their own experiences, and giving me feedback about a particular product yg Ramona share.
I noticed most of them mcm dah senyap 😞
But i get it, I've been super busy with the entertainment industry lately, especially dari tahun lepas. I used to have much more time masa pregnant & lepas beranak so I tend to create more contents, and have more time utk share apa yg Ramona rasa bila pakai krim ni ke, lotion tu ke heheh.

But I admit, I was sooooo busy. Shooting mcm org gila, I get invited to so so many TV shows, shooting drama siang sampai ke malam, jadi juri utk The Masked Singer balik rumah kena study & buat research lagi and sometimes bila penat sgt from all the shoot, ada hari utk relax kat rumah mmg taknak buat apa lgsg.

🔴MY REVIEW: My hair is baby fine and tangles easily. It’s great helping with my comb out and detangling. After using this essence conditioner I noticed that my hair is shinier, healthier, has less fly-aways and is more manageable. 🔴MY REVIEW: I have used this scalp mask several times and I definitely recommend this. After the first use, my hair was noticeably softer without being weighed down or greasy. Well, my hair has been colored every month and this has really helped decrease the frizz and keep its soft, silky and straight. To be honest, I enjoy their products.

🔴MY REVIEW: I have been using this for a month now, it keeps my hair free from dandruff. Well, this scalp serum was perfect for my scalp. I have eczema so the itching is crazy at times. BADAN BERTENAGA DAN TAK CEPAT LAPAR!!!

Rutin harian Yana sangat2 fix setiap hari.

Yana dan suami adalah pengusaha kebun sayur.

Seawal pagi setiap hari Yana perlu bangun awal untuk kebun bagi membantu suami mengagih2kan sayur kepada supplier2 kami.

Sebelum ke kebun,Yana akan pastikan keperluan anak kecil Yana yang berusia hampir 2 tahun lengkap seperti memandikan,masak kan bubur,dan etc.

Dan dia pun akan follow Yana untuk ke kebun.

Ini belum lagi untuk melayan direct customer yang datang sendiri ke kebun bagi mendapatkan sayur2 segar kami.

Memandangkan suami kadang2 tidak mencukupi masa,Yana sendiri perlu ke pekan bagi re-stock bahan mentah kebun seperti baja dan biji benih.

Bersama anak kecil tadi kami kesana kesini setiap hari.

Jadi badan Yana terlalu penat dan lapar.Kerana jadual makan tidak menentu dan rehat yang tidak mencukupi.

Penjagaan luar dan dalaman badan pun agak tebatas mengenangkan jadual yang amat padat sepanjang hari.

Tidur yang tidak mencukupi pun menjadi faktor kepada Yana hampir2 mendapat sakit migrain.

Tapi!!!

Semua masalah yang membelenggu kehidupan Yana sebelum ni tidak lagi akan berulang.

#MINUMANKESIHATAN #ESP menjadi penyelamat Yana sekarang.

Selepas concume setiap hari Esp,badan Yana jadi bertenaga.Tak cepat lapar walaupun tanpa sarapan selain Esp dan lambat makan tengahri.

Yana's daily routine is really fixed every day.

Yana and husband are the entrepreneurs of the vegetable garden.

Early morning every day yana needs to wake up early for the garden to help husband put vegetables to our supplier2.

Before going to the garden, Yana will make sure the needs of Yana's little child who is almost 2 years old is complete like bathing, cooking porridge, and etc.

And he will also follow yana to go to the garden.

This is not yet to treat the direct customer who came to the garden to get our fresh sayur2.

Since husband sometimes doesn't have enough time, yana himself needs to go to the town to re-stock raw materials of garden like fertilizer and seeds.

With this little boy we came here every day.

So Yana's body is too tired and hungry. Because the dining schedule is uncertain and the rest is not enough.

Outdoor and internal care is also a bit finite to make a very compact schedule all day long.

Not enough sleep is a factor to yana getting a migraine pain.

But!!!

All the problems that Yana's life had before will no longer repeat.

Hey guys! So.....I was bored and felt basic as a blonde... I've been blonde for so0o0o long now, I just knew it was time for a change. And I am SO happy to have my natural hair color back.
