หลังจากที่ทีมงาน Deck Nine ประกาศเลื่อนออกไปก่อนหน้านี้ ล่าสุดก็มีการยืนยันออกมาแล้ว ว่า Life is Strange Remastered Collection จะได้กำหนดวางจำหน่ายใหม่ในวันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2022

โดยสาเหตุที่เกมถูกเลื่อน ก็สืบเนื่องมาจากระยะเวลาอันกระชั้นชิด และทีมงานต้องตัดสินใจว่าจะเลื่อนเกมใดระหว่าง Life is Strange: True Colors และ Life is Strange Remastered Collection ซึ่งท้ายที่สุดแล้วก็เป็น Remastered Collection ที่ต้องหลีกทางให้ตัวเกมภาคใหม่ได้ปล่อยออกไปก่อนเมื่อช่วงต้นเดือนที่ผ่านมา

สำหรับ Life is Strange: Remastered Collection เป็นแพ็ครวมเกมภาคแรกและ Before the Storm ไว้ด้วยกัน พร้อมทั้งอัปเกรดกราฟิกให้สวยงามยิ่งขึ้น ลงให้ทั้ง PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC และ Nintendo Switch โดยสามารถเข้าไปดูรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมกันได้ที่หน้าร้านค้า Steam :

สำหรับการเลื่อนในครั้งนี้ สืบเนื่องมาจากสถานการณ์โรคระบาดที่ยังคงไม่สู้ดี และทำให้ทีมงานผู้พัฒนาต้องตัดสินใจว่าจะเลื่อนเกมใดระหว่าง Life is Strange: True Colors และ Life is Strange Remastered Collection ซึ่งท้ายที่สุดแล้วผลก็ตกมาอยู่ที่ Remastered Collection และหวังว่าเหล่าแฟน ๆ จะเข้าใจ พร้อมทั้งขอบคุณสำหรับทุกการสนับสนุนที่มีให้มาโดยตลอด

ทีมพัฒนา Life is Strange ประกาศบน Twitter หลักอย่างเป็นทางการว่า ด้วยสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิดทั่วโลก ทำให้ทีมงานจำเป็นต้องตัดสินใจเลื่อน Life is Strange Remastered Collection หรือแพ็คเกจรีมาสเตอร์ Life is Strange และ Life is Strange: Before the Storm จากเดิมมีกำหนดวางจำหน่าย 30 ก.ย. นี้ เป็นช่วงต้นปี 2022 แทน

ซึ่งการเลื่อนวางจำหน่ายในครั้งนี้ก็เพื่อลดความกดดันของทีมพัฒนา และเพิ่มเวลามากขึ้น ระหว่างการวางจำหน่าย Life is Strange: True Colors และ Life is Strange Remastered Collection

ในขณะที่ Life is Strange: True Colors ภาคล่าสุดของซีรีส์ Life is Strange จะยังคงวางจำหน่ายตามกำหนดเดิม ในวันที่ 10 ก.ย. นี้ และ Life is Strange: Wavelengths DLC จะออกในวันที่ 30 ก.ย. โดยจะมีการเปิดเผย Trailer โฉมแรกในวันพรุ่งนี้
