I've always been a meat & cheese lover, in Penang there are only several places that we can find good meat and cheese. I'm glad to have found a new hidden place that has it all. This place wasn't easy to find, located along Jalan Hutton (one way street) be sure to keep a look out for 《Hutton 133 Butchery Restaurant》 on your right, it's a building painted in army green. This place is about 2 months old.

Hutton 133 has a warm and cozy interior. This place could easily fit 60 pax and personally I feel this place is great for private functions such as birthdays, meetings, product launches and more. We were also greeted with a huge collection of wine, from beginner to advance. Honestly, they seem to have all the good wines here, which makes sense because good meat has to be paired with great wine. The staffs at Hutton 133 were very helpful in explaining the wines and meats and the pricing was reasonable.

At Hutton 133, you can choose the cut that you want and there isn't really a fixed flavor to the meats but each flavor is uniquely created by Chef Kenny. These flavors are curated with international flavors to suit your different palate.

Swipe for more food pictures of what we had. 😋 I loved the Kurobuta Pork Ribs so much that I forgot to take a photo before we ate it 😂 if you are going with friends, I highly recommend the sharing platter, the 🐽Tokyo Pork Belly & Sakura Pork Belly and Olive Pork is to die for. And not to forget the Smoke Duck 🐤, we even had 2 different type of fish, Norwegian Salmon and the Pacific Salmon paired with one of the best white wine I've tried; Gewürztraminer. Even the sausages is so distinctive. And Chef Kenny is a very passionate chef so we learned a lot talking to him, especially about S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna. I even found many new ways to enjoy my favorite cheese platter. Will share more in the video soon.

One of the Highlights of our recent trip to Phathallung was Heartfelt Cave which is also my first cave experience. I was in awe! This cave is around 300 Meter and is great if its your first cave experience as the way inside the cave has been nicely path! In our recent trip to Phathallung, Thailand, we visitied an semi private island, one that is still unexplored by many which is Crystal Island [ 水晶岛 ], I am in awe with what this tiny little island had to offer. Crystal Island is an island that is filled with mysterious wonders. A walk round the island would be approximately 300 m and Crystal Island is located opposite Bird Nest Island [Koh Rang Nok ]. Stepping foot into Crystal Island you will be greeted by the wonder's of nature. Malaysia is a wonderful place, we have a lot of wonders waiting to be explored. The recent one that we went to is Sasaran Beach 天空之镜 / Sky Mirror of Malaysia. It is totally different from the famous Salar de Uyuni [Salt Flat Lake in Bolivia ] but it is definitely unique in its own way. Every Malaysian should visit Malaysia's Sky Mirror at least once. Lol. #cuticutimalaysia Before you go you will need to book in advance, there are a lot of tour companies doing this trip so do check with your favourite tour company, alternatively you can buy your tickets online, just google SKy Mirror. Ticket price for adults is RM80, It is recomended that you arrive a day ahead as you will need to get up as early as 5am, there are hotels nearby like the one we stayed in 'Apps Hotel, Kuala Selangor'. Have you visited Hat Yai, Thailand? Well, if you are a Penangite like myself I am sure you have. Yes, one of the perks of being a Penangite is that we are very close to one of the district in our neighbouring country Thailand and Hat Yai is the largest city in Songkhla Province and one of the largest cities in Thailand as well. Over the years, I have became very fond of Hat Yai, and it has always been my option for a short quick breather or a dose of Authentic Thai food and desserts and not to forget affordable massages and Thai Smiles. Yes, the Thai people are always welcoming with a smile, living up to their nickname ‘The Land of Smiles’.
