One can easily tell from my photos that the Signature Beef Burger here is ultra juicy! The burger is good but I would love it even more if the chef could add a bit more “texture” to the patty.

This ramen shop is one of the few locally based ramen shops I would choose to visit every now and then. The chashu ramen there is really tasty. As you can see from the photo, the whole bowl of ramen is covered with slices of yummy pork. The Kyoto tonkotsu style soup base and the texture of the noodles are both perfect for my liking. The fried chicken and the gyoza are just okay.
