💪🏼 How I feel after every filming session - sweaty, happy, cheeky. 😏 Trying hard to flex my non-existing biceps lol! 🤣 I find it fascinating whenever people ask me or when I come across comments like "How do you workout, jump around, talk to the camera, breathe, make the workout look so easy and not sound like you're about to collapse?" 😳

My answer? "PACE YOUR BREATHING" or like how my Muay Thai coach says it, "Find Your Rhythm". If you want to sustain and power through your workout session, pace your breathing and be fully present with your workout. Don't just let your mind wonder off, or huff and puff away. 😰 Not only are you going to struggle through, you won't enjoy your workout as much! 🙃

Some fun "behind-the-scene" moments to share:
- I film my workout LIVE. No stopping half-way through or redoing. 😈
- Until now, I still need to prepare myself mentally before filming an intense workout video, telling myself, "it's only 20 minutes of workout, push through". 😅
- I love connecting with my imaginary audience a.k.a. the camera a.k.a. you guys watching at home. 😆
- I don't remember all my workout sequence, so I'll always write the exercise list and stick it close to my camera.
- I used to film everything on my own, checking that I'm in the right position and the mic is turned on. It was only this year that I got my amazing team to help out, which made it A LOT less stressful.
- I've tried playing back my own videos and do the workout. I almost didn't survive through, hahaha!! Trust me, I feel you! 🙈

I've put a lot of effort to create the workout and meal plans because I want each and every one of you to achieve your goal.

You'll find a Western-Inspired Meal Plan and also an Asian-Inspired Meal Plan to suit your preference. Yes, you CAN eat rice / carbs during the 8 weeks. You may choose to mix and match the recipes. I just wanted to offer more varieties based on what ingredients are easily available in your country. =)
Be sure to print all the plans out, stick them on your mirror, fridge, or a place which you look at every day. I've also compiled all the videos in 2 playlists.

If you can't do certain exercises, such as jumping, you can modify the workout to exclude jump-based exercises.
