Strolling into the unknown

I am finishing the book titled “Unf*ck yourself” by Gary John Bishop, and one of the points that hit me was the chapter “EMBRACE THE UNCERTAINTY.”
.
I am currently working on a kind of project that I’ve never done before, and this one’s risk is quite higher that my other works.
.
There have been some times that got me thinking,
“What am I getting myself into?”
“Am I gonna make it? What if I don’t?”
I encountered self-doubt so many times, while the project hasn’t even gotten halfway through 😂🙈
.
And this chapter in the book hit me, which basically says that:
“We often ignore the uncertainty because we wanna be safe,
while uncertainty is where new (and exciting!) things happen.”
.
Those same survival instincts that once kept us alive can now be the very thing that keeps us from actually living.🙈
.
If you keep doing the same thing, you actually live in the past and not moving forward. 🤷🏼♀️
.
I hope that this inspires you as much as it, me; to realize that it’s time to embrace the uncertainty, because success is never certain, and it never comes without a risk and obstacles.💪🏻
.
It is when you’ve finally made it, you would connect the dots and glad that you took that first step and decided to keep going.
