It’s been so long since I had Chirashi Don and I believe the sashimi rice bowls from @keikaisendon.sg needs no further introduction.

Both the Chirashi Kaisendon and Hotate Kaisendon that we’ve tried were very fresh and not overly seasoned. Portions are generous and will definitely make ur belly satisfied. One can add on sides such as clam miso soup or sesame tofu for a complete meal too

如果你喜歡吃日式鰻魚飯
這家位於洛杉磯 West Hollywood 的 Toku Unagi & Sushi 是很不錯的選擇！
在 2019 年秋天開幕
主打各種日式鰻魚飯以及鰻魚料理
另外也有其他日式料理包含壽司、天婦羅、日式和牛等美食。

這天事先訂位
報到的時候安排我們坐在入口處的吧檯座位區。
不過這個座位門口會有風吹進來
是沒有辦法脫外套的溫度。

Itami Onigoroshi $6
點了一杯日式清酒。

Japanese Clam Soup $8
點了一碗日式蛤蜊味噌湯
加入很多新鮮的蛤蜊以及豆腐與海帶
湯頭清甜蛤蜊也好吃。

來這裡必點鰻魚飯
主要分成了鰻丼以及日本名古屋特有的鰻魚飯三吃兩種。
另外也有單點的烤鰻魚以及鰻魚小菜
例如鰻魚歐姆蛋、鰻魚燉飯、鰻魚天婦羅、鰻魚捲等等。

我點了鰻魚三吃的套餐
會搭配配料、芥末、醬菜以及茶
步驟分別是先將鰻魚飯盛到碗中品嘗原味；接著拌入海苔以及配料享受清爽的口感；最後再加入蔥花、芥末以及熱茶作成鰻魚茶泡飯。
鰻魚帶著炭烤的香氣
單吃就非常有味道。
套餐搭配味噌湯與一份日式雞肉豆腐配菜
熱騰騰的搭配鰻魚飯相當不錯。

Omakase 9 Pice Sushi + 1 Cut Hand Roll $55
另外一份點了九貫日式壽司搭配日式捲
有藍鰭鮪魚握壽司、鮭魚握壽司、海膽軍艦壽司、甜蝦握壽司、鰤魚壽司等
每種都很清甜可口。

It is a lowcarbo noodle dish using mozuku instead of noodles. Add plenty of mozuku in the asari soup. Enjoy it when you want to eat a lot of shellfish and seaweed.
