We’re turning over a new leaf in 2021 with a wholesome new pastry! Introducing our first vegan confectionery, Vegan Chocolate Tart* in the Veganuary Month. Specially handmade as a guilt-free treat for vegan diners, the tart is filled with rich salted caramel sauce and vegan dark chocolate ganache, while the cacao nibs lined on top enhance the texture of the hearty tart with a nuanced chocolate flavor profile. Vegan Chocolate Tart will be available at Hong Kong boutiques starting from tomorrow! It will soon be available at Macau boutiques and online pre-order as well. Stay tuned to our updates!

*Our kitchen also handles gluten, eggs and cow’s milk, so the product may contain traces of these allergens.

邊個同我一樣，對肉鬆零抵抗力?🙋🏻‍♂️ 這個爆餡牛角包實在太好食啦❤️ 麵包可能是因為烘暖了，所以比預期中鬆化脆口。另外，裡面還特別加入了勁有特色的wasabi牛油果醬🥑 微辣的口味不嗆口，還有助提升整體味道。

I still find it hilarious how my college friend referred to Dried Pork Floss as “the Fuzz”😂 Yes, I agree with her, anything with “the Fuzz” tastes good!😍 And @sensoryzero does an amazing job with this fuzzy #croissant.
Croissant with Scrambled Egg, Cheese and Dried Pork Floss🥐($58HKD) Super delicious. The croissant was way flakier and crispier than I imagined, probably becuz they properly heated it up👍🏼 Shoutout to their Wasabi Avocado Sauce🥑 the slight tangy spiciness added so much complexity to this seemingly simple brunch sandwich. Love it!
Crazy Chocolate🍫($55HKD) “Overflowing” seems to be the theme here😌 Probably the most extravagant hot chocolate in all of HK!

我人生中去看演唱會的次數真的是少之又少，超開心可以親眼看到Taylor的表演，在剪片的同時內心還是非常激動！！！他這次最新的專輯我都超級喜歡，比起他過去的幾張，我更喜歡他現在的歌曲風格，每首我都覺得好聽到爆炸，而且他這次的巡迴，Reputation專輯裡的歌都有表演，其中我自己是最喜歡Delicate/ Call It What You Want/ Dancing With Our Hands Tied這三首～推推
當天除了有Camila Cabello, Charli XCX, 還有神秘嘉賓是Shawn Mendes！！！尖叫～～～～他有超多超多超好聽膾炙人口的歌，像是Mercy/There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back/Treat You Better等等等等，你絕對有聽過，我在廣播聽到都快背起來了！重點是他 超 帥 的～～，哈 完全還沈浸在那天的表演，那天演唱回結束後，因為很晚也很累就沒繼續錄，不過我們在Pasadena附近吃了一家蠻特別的熱狗店叫Dog Haus，很好吃也不貴，SD也有分店～
