Facebook has announced steps to combat misinformation and voter suppression ( ) ahead of ( ) the November 2020 US presidential election, on the same day it disclosed ( ) the removal of a network of Russian accounts targeting US voters on Instagram.

That means that a hotel in Hawaii, for instance, could write a check to Facebook to license photos taken at its resort and use them on its Web site, in TV ads, in glossy brochures, and so on -- without paying any money to the Instagram user who took the photo. Are you gonna delete your account because of this?
