第一次聽到《太空》就很有共鳴。節奏的3/4拍讓我想像自己在坐一條船。船逐漸地下沉，壓迫感越來越沈重。這次的詮釋使用了許多和聲去傳達歌詞裡的畫面：「我的窗口潮汐隨風翻湧」，憂鬱的情緒。從小想太多的我，長大以後，最難打敗的對手竟然還是我自己。
希望大家喜歡我的翻唱。@吳青峰，沒想到你好幾以前就寫出了我最近這幾年低潮的心聲。我們音樂的曲風不同，但我新專輯內容也離你的不遠，尤其是科幻的概念。我那時候每天都覺得生活很空虛，冷漠。甚至我也寫了三個關鍵字「空虛」，「空間」還有「外太空」，把它們貼在牆壁上。每晚都睡不著覺。
現在偶而還是會失眠，但至少我知道很多人也跟我一樣。這樣我們這群夜貓組就一起撐過去。

A few years ago I developed chronic insomnia and it was truly terrible. Every night I laid in bed, painfully conscious, like a prisoner in my own mind. I plunged into deep depression that took me years to recover from. I'm a lot better now, even though I still get sleepless nights from time to time. Though now when it happens, I know that there are thousands of others like me lying awake throughout the city. And in a strange way I don't feel so alone.
