Time to kick off your Sunday morning right by whipping up the ultimate fry up 🌟
Not a proper guide to a full English fry up but I guess with Solisege’s Solisege's goods, I was able to recreate this delicious fried breakfast at home. Call it what you want, we are calling it fatfoodbeast’s ultimate fry up.
What you’ll need:
[Sausage & Bacon]
@solisegemy’s Hungarian Sausages, Mini Cheese Sausages & Apple Cinnamon Sausages.
Solisege’s Streaky Bacon, Back bacon.
Additional: @solisegemy’s Honey Baked Ham
[Baked Beans]
Don’t be ashamed to reach for a can of beans, the inclusion of beans in your fry-up would definitely give this whole plate a lil punch.
[Tomatoes]
Much like the baked beans, the tomato acts as an optional garnish. The acidity and sweetness from the tomato helps especially when you are devouring all the fatty stuff.
[Forget the toast, get the fried sourdough bread ]
Fried sourdough is just what it is - sliced sourdough bread toasted on the pan with some butter. Perfecto! Got @arethaseraph’s sundried tomato w Italian Herb Sourdough! The addition of sundried-tomatoes & herbs have definitely given the bread a more substantial flavour. Love it!
[The Eggs]
2- 3 eggs cooked to your preference. The runny yolk is visually and aesthetically pleasing but the ability to crack eggs does not necessarily translate to the creation of a perfect sunny side up haha? Hence, got mine scrambled instead. Imma a die-hard scrambled egg fan, so why not? The eggs act as the perfect sauce that brings the whole plate together!
[Optional, but not necessary]
Mushrooms// White Button Mushrooms & Portobello Mushrooms
Having mushrooms in your fry up is a nice addition because it offers a moment of pause from that whole sausage and bacon meat feasting. A good to have for sure.
Black Pudding//
No idea where & how to get/make this. It’s basically a sausage made with pork fat, blood and oatmeal, you may or may not like it.
It is no surprise that the art of a proper fry-up is still alive today and can be found in kitchens all over all the world :) At the end of the day, it is entirely up to you for whatever you choose to include in your fry up.

【材料】
・バター 20g
・小麦粉 14g
・牛乳or豆乳 200ml
・胡椒 少々
・塩 ひとつまみ~
・食パン お好みの量
・ハム お好みの量
・チーズ お好みの量
・目玉焼き お好みの量
【準備】
・パンの耳を落とす(落とさなくてもOK)
【作り方】
1. 【ベシャメルソース】フライパンにバター20gを弱めの中火で溶かし、小麦粉14gをふるい入れて色づく手前まで炒める
2. 火を消して冷たい牛乳or豆乳200mlを一気に加えて混ぜ、再び中火にかけて混ぜながら加熱し、とろみが付いてから数分加熱し塩・胡椒で調味する
3. 【クロックムッシュ】食パンを2枚1対にし、2枚ともにベシャメルソースを塗り、1方にハム・チーズを重ねる
4. もう1枚のベシャメルソースを塗った面が内側になるように重ねて押さえる
5. フライパンにバターを溶かし、弱めの中火で両面色づくまで焼いて出来上がり
6. パンで挟まずパン→ベシャメル→ハム→チーズを重ねた状態でトースターで焼いてもOK
7. 【クロックマダム】焼いたクロックムッシュの上にベシャメルソースを塗り、半熟に焼いた目玉焼きをのせる
8. チーズをのせてトースターでチーズが溶けて色づくまで焼いて出来上がり

[Ingredients]
・Butter 20 g
・Flour 14 g
・Milk or soy milk 200 ml
・a pinch of pepper
・a pinch of salt
・Bread as much as you like
・Ham as much as you like
・Cheese - as much as you like
・Sunny-side up egg, to taste
[Preparation]
・Remove the bread crusts (you don't have to).
[How to make]
1. [Béchamel sauce] Melt 20 g of butter in a pan over a weaker medium-heat. Sift in 14 g of flour and stir-fry it until it browns.
2. Turn off the heat, add 200 ml of cold milk or soy milk at once and mix it. Heat it again over medium-heat while mixing it. When it thickens, heat it for a few minutes and season it with salt and pepper.
3. [Croque Monsieur] Make 2 pieces of bread into a pair. Spread béchamel sauce on both of them. Lay ham and cheese on one side.
4. Layer and press the other side with the béchamel sauce so that it faces the inside.
5. Melt the butter in the pan and cook it over a weaker medium-heat until both sides brown and it will be complete.
6. You can also bake it in the toaster oven without sandwiching it with bread → bechamel → ham → cheese.
7. [Clock Madame] Spread the bechamel sauce on the baked croque monsieur and top it with the half-done fried egg.
8. Top it with cheese and bake it in the toaster oven until the cheese melts and browns.

You can use any noodles that you like ranging from instant ramen noodles, egg noodles, fresh noodles or even spaghetti. The fragrance of shallot oil and the aromatic special oyster sauce mix is just perfect. You can easily store the excess shallot oil and special oyster sauce mix in the fridge for weeks and add them to your noodles whenever you feel like a quick meal fix. Serve your noodles with some wanton, char siu, fishballs, chicken nuggets, sunny side up or anything that you liked. We had these noodles yesterday to go with our spicy Chinese chicken. Roland's sambal chilli for this nasi lemak was also almost perfect for us but don't take my word for it - try it and let me know what you think.
Last but not least, what's nasi lemak if we don't have eggs and anchovies. Whether you're a fan of sunny side or hard-boiled egg - make it your own way to suit your preference. Also, do make sure your anchovies are super crispy when you serve them.
