RESIPI SOTO sedap😬
Resipi Kuah Soto (resipi ni utk 2 liter air/ 6 org makan)
•lengkuas 1 inci
•halia 1 inci
•bawang merah besar 4 biji (mmg Klau byk lg sdp)
•bawang putih 1 ulas
•buah keras 1 biji
*blend semua bahan di atas
•Ayam potong besar sebab nak carik kan nnti
•serai 2 batang (ketuk)
•minyak utk menumis
•Serbuk sup adabi (kalau sepeket kecik tu guna separuh)
•Serbuk kurma adabi (guna separuh juga)
•kiub ayam 1
•akar daun sup (potong n cuci bersih)
•air 2 liter/ sejug
*atau kalau xnk guna serbuk sup/kurma guna saja rempah soto. Saya kdg guna rempah soto je boleh dpt kan jenama apa saja. Bahan lain jgn ubah ya. Tetap sama. Tu kuah boleh jadi pekat. Jgn bergantung dgn rempah semata2.
Cara masak:
•tumis bahan blend, serai n akar daun sup sehingga naik bau/betul2 masak/sedikit garing. Supaya bawang smua tu x rasa mentah di kuah nnti. Bila masak elok kuah akn jd wangi.
•masukkan serbuk sup n kurma / rempah soto.
•masukkan ayam. Agak2 air ayam da hampir kering baru masukkan air.
•masukkan kiub ayam, perasakan gula garam. Renehkan sehingga ayam masak elok. Angkat ayam dan toskan (untuk dicarik nnti)
•Siap!
Resipi Begedil kentang
•ubi kentang 5/6 biji buang kulit then potong kecil. Rebus.
•lenyekkan. Masukkan hirisan daun sup dan bawang goreng. Bulat2 kan then leperkan sedikit.
•Telur 1 biji
•lada sulah
•garam secukup rasa
*pecahkan telur, masukkan garam dan lada sulah. godek laju supaya bila goreng nnti jadi mcm bersarang.
*cara goreng begedil supaya x hancur, panaskan minyak agak2 tenggelam separuh begedil je. Jgn penuh k. Panas kan dgn api yg kecil sehingga betul2 panas. Celup begedil dalam bancuhan telur then goreng. Jangan rajin nak balik2kan selagi yg sebelah kena minyak tu x garing/kekuningan. Da garing bru balikkan ye. Klau balikkan awl2 mmg pecah ler.

Soto Gravy Recipe (this recipe is for 2 litres of water / 6 people to eat)
• 1 Inch Galangal
• 1 Inch Ginger
• BIG RED ONION 4 Pieces (really if there's a lot more delicious)
• Garlic 1 review
• Hard Fruit 1 pieces
* Blend all the ingredients above
• Big cut chicken because I want to find it later
• Lemongrass 2 Sticks (knock)
• Oil for frying
• Adabi Soup Powder (if it's a small one, use half)
• Adabi dates powder (use half too)
• Chicken Cubes 1
• Roots of soup leaves (cut and clean clean)
• Water 2 Liter / it
* or if you don't want to use soup powder / dates just use Soto Spice. I only use soto spice can get any brand. Don't change the other ingredients. Still the same. That gravy can be thick. Don't depend on the spice.
How to cook:
• Stir-Fry Ingredients Blend, lemongrass and roots of soup leaves until the smell / really cook / a little crispy. So that all onions don't feel raw in the gravy later. When cooking, the gravy will be fragrant.
• Insert Soup Powder and dates / Soto Spice.
• Put in the chicken. Do you think the chicken water is almost dry and just put in the water.
• Insert Chicken Cubes, taste salt sugar. Heat until the chicken cook well. Lift the chicken and throw it (for be later)
• Ready!
Potato Patties recipe
• 5/6 pieces of potatoes to remove the skin then cut it small. Boil.
• Lenyekkan. Put in a slice of soup leaves and fried onions. Round right then a little bit of a bit.
• Eggs 1 pieces
• Pepper Pepper
• Salt in taste
* break eggs, insert salt and pepper pepper. Godek fast so that when you fry it, it becomes like nesting.
* the way to fry the patties so that it will not be crushed, heat up the oil, it will only sink half of the patties. Don't be full okay. Isn't it hot with a small fire until it's really hot. Dip the patties in the egg smoothie then fry it. Don't be diligent to balik2kan as long as the one next to the oil is not crispy / Yellow. It's crispy just turned it down. If you turn it upside down, it will break.
