官方認證！新疆出生率暴跌

對於七月嘅時候外國傳媒報導關於新疆婦女被絕育嘅新聞，黎到九月美國CNN得到新疆政府官方用六版Fax嘅回認。

官方確認响2017至2018年間，新疆地區嘅出生率跌咗差唔多四成（15.88 per 1,000 people in 2017 to 10.69 per 1,000），足足少咗12萬。而絕育嘅人數响一年間多咗5倍，新疆婦女响子宮植入絕育儀器嘅數量係全國嘅八成！

不過就話啲人係自願嘅...
