Mr Chan did get off his lazy bum to make Damon's cake
J: I only made the cake so Sarah would have to stand around for an hour in the kitchen...
I am a very lazy papa???
S: Damon's cake was very tasty too (I did supervise Mr Chan?)

It's a super simple recipe, pls have a go!

---------------------------------------------------------------

2 Large ripe bananas
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 tbs cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbs baking powder
2 tbs yoghurt
40g butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
----------------------

1) Beat the Egg and Sugar until slightly foamy
2) Put all other wet ingredients to the egg and sugar in one bowl - mix together
3) Put dry ingredients in another - mix together
4) Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
5) Oil the baking tin
6) Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
7) Bake for 45-50mins at 180 degrees

跟住Sarah 食譜， Jason都接受挑戰整 Damon蛋糕
Damon 個蛋糕都其實真係幾好食???
Sarah：當然係整個過程我係有監督處陳生???

呢個超簡單嘅食譜大家都可以試吓㗎❤️

2隻 香蕉（熟）
1杯 中筋麵粉
2湯匙 粟粉
1茶匙 蘇打粉
1湯匙 泡打粉
2湯匙 乳酪
40克 牛油
1茶匙 雲呢拿油
2個蛋
1/4杯糖
------------

1) 先將糖加入雞蛋，攪拌均勻
2) 將所有濕的材料加入，攪拌均勻
3) 將所有乾的材料放入另一個碗，輕輕攪拌
4) 將乾濕材料混合，攪拌均勻
5) 給模具上油
6) 將烤箱預熱至180攝氏度
7)在180度下烘烤45-50分鐘

Well, this Hainan Chicken recipe is so straightforward Mr Chan "could" cook this is he tried (really tried)
You guys should really check out his chicken chopping skills, really skilful
In all honesty, Mr Chan should really leave the kitchen to Sarah, that way everything would be cooked much more quickly and dinner would be served on time???
