【Collins Cup初步心得】
目前還沒有時間，也還找不到足夠的資料來寫個賽後分析之類的（我是希望還是能紀錄一下啦....）
不過先分享這部短片，剪得很不錯，配樂也棒，而且有看到Talbot Cox出現，也許他也會另外剪一部段片，就再等等吧！
這場，一樣有意外，也有不意外，幾個狀況分享：
1. Daniela Ryf身體狀況不佳，連我老婆看到她騎車的畫面都問，她怎麼看起來軟軟的？ 也導致第一組就跌破眾人眼鏡，殺出個全場女生最快的Taylor Knibb，而且還是公路車直接上陣，當然又引發許多討論，但我覺得她勝出是意外，而沒換成三鐵車則不會太意外，意思是她才剛比完奧運，奧運一結束又比了她人生第一場IM70.3 (Boulder，也是公路車上)，接著又在8/13-14, 8/21這3天都有ITU賽事，要在兩台單車間作轉換，其實是需要時間適應的，那以選手角度來看，今年最重要的比賽一定是奧運，大量的訓練都在公路車上，要說一週裡有20幾個小時以上都坐在公路車上絕對不誇張，那自然身體的肌群也必然跟公路車最熟悉，換了不一定比較好。不過另外我有找到一個有趣資料，Taylor Knibb的騎車心率是171bpm，跑步是167bpm，騎車心率比跑步還高，這在三項裡倒不常見，不知資料可不可信？
2. Anne Haug（Match 3）與Holly Lawrence（Match 4）都有單車機械故障問題，兩個也都意外的掉到第二與第三名，歐洲隊差點翻盤。
3. 好在Match 2, 5, 6 的Lucy Charles-Barclay, Emma Pallant-Browne (你們名字一定要這麼長嗎......）與英國國軍Kat Matthews，不意外的保下了歐洲隊第一。
4. Jan Frodeno, Gustav Iden不意外的再連下Match 7-8兩局。Sam Long游泳太慢，足足輸了Frodo 4分半，就算騎得比Frodo還快也救不回。而且Sam Long是唯一一個男生游泳掉出30分外的選手（游泳距離2km），以他個性，現在一定氣噗噗的在狂練游泳了.....
5. Lionel Sanders果然是瘋子，他近兩個月內有3場226km，有一場還是大爆炸又中暑的，加上Collins Cup前一週才剛完成1場226km，沒想到還是拿下了Match 9，完全用生命力在作戰的男人。而我原認為應是Sebastian Kienle會贏下這局，結果竟是輸在游泳，輸給Lionel 1分25秒，最後總成績是差1分6秒。
6. 再來的Match 10與11（其實我已經睡了XD），但看成績，Daniel Baekkegard與Braden Currie幾乎都是三項都贏對手或至少打平對手，包括Daniel Baekkegard的游泳可以跟Ben Kanute一起上岸，還有Braden Currie最後18km，可以跑贏向來以跑步見長的Matt Hanson近1分鐘，這個不容易。
7. 最後一組的Joe Skipper，單車一樣最快，但也是敗在游泳，輸給Jackson Laundry 1分37秒，單車雖救了回來，但跑步又完回去了，最終Jackson小勝38秒，Joe第二。
8. 有個我不懂的小細節，每個選手腳上都綁兩個晶片？左右腳各一？這是為何？
嗯？今年三鐵季該不會就這樣結束了吧？才9月剛開始耶，一年才過2/3耶？？

我真的覺得自己在今年度
對於保養的觀念和彩妝知識增進不少

就是必須徹底了解自己的膚質和膚況
再去選擇適合的產品
千萬不可以一味的跟風買明星商品
更換的速度也不宜過快，約一季為一個週期
更換時也必須慢慢的替換
例如原本用Ａ牌化妝水Ｂ牌精華液Ｃ牌乳液
不要三牌保養品都同時換掉的意思
保養真的是一門學問
規律的運動和飲食喝水對於肌膚也有很大的影響
畢竟最了解你們的皮膚狀況的還是妳們自己
