Oh what? Is it the end of the week already?

I was on a long phone call with a friend today. We talked about how quickly time seems to fly by this year. It felt like I closed my eyes in March and when I reopened it, its October. 😔

We shared about our problems, relationship hiccups and how it is essential to find likeminded people to support each other during times like this. 👯‍♀️

Sometimes, needing help or needing someone to talk to may put us in vulnerable places, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We all just need to get used to checking in on friends or reaching out and asking for help when required. 😣

Even when your mind convinces you that you are, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Loneliness can create stress on your body and have a negative impact on health, so human connection is actually crucial for your wellbeing.

Meet-ups don’t have to be fancy,
calls don’t have to be long…
repetition and quality time matters.⏳
