好喜歡去 九号館 NOVE Chinese Kitchen食飯，好食而裝修又精緻，上海灘feel，仲有一點speakeasy餐館嘅感覺。友人P帶來一瓶Champagne Henri Giraud嘅Pinot Noir紅酒2016年COTEAUX CHAMPENOIS AY ROUGE GRAND CRU ，人生第一次飲，編號111，只出產約2000支。最初真係要用大Burgundy杯breathe， 慢慢感受到佢嘅層次，由害羞、微笑到甜美及奔放，好有趣嘅一支香檳區紅酒。配潮州鹵水perfect! 同場等緊支紅酒開時飲咗支Champagne Henri Giraud Millénaire Brut Grand Cru， 太美妙！倒數周末啟動！ Cheers! 🎉🥂🍷
I really like going to NOVE Chinese Kitchen for dinner, the food is yummy & the interior is stylish with Shanghai Tang feel! It’s a speakeasy restaurant in Central. My friend P brought a Pinot Noir red wine from Champagne Henri Giraud for me to try -  COTEAUX CHAMPENOIS AY ROUGE GRAND CRU 2016 , it’s my 1st time to try a red wine from Champagne region! Limited to about 2000 bottles, this bottle is no. 111. U gotta use a big burgundy wine glass to breathe, then u can taste its development, from shy, smile to sweet & opened up, it’s a very interesting red wine from Champagne! It matched perfectly with Chiu Chow food! While waiting for the red wine to open up, we’ve Champagne Henri Giraud Millénaire Brut Grand Cru to sip! So great! Counting down to weekend! #cheers!

未試過去食淮掦菜飲香檳可以比咁多隻香檳杯比你揀，細節都咁講究，食物一定更講究。試咗十里洋場 10 Shanghai ，先開一瓶佢哋嘅特別版香檳，菜式看似淡味，原來味道非常濃郁，喜歡家郷年糕小黃魚，非常鮮甜而濃郁。另外濃雞汁蘿蔔及生煎小籠包更加係必試。配上Champagne Henri Giraud Fut de Chene MV 13 Ay Grand Cru Brut香檳，層次複雜，跟淮掦菜式互相輝映！下次再嚟過試其他菜式！Cheers! 😋😋🥂🍾
I’ve never tried Huaiyang cuisine who could give u so many champagne glasses to choose the one u like ! If they r so precise about small details, it means their delicacies must be precise as well. Tried 10 Shanghai & started with their special edition champagne. The specialty of Huaiyang cuisine is that the presentation may look quite light in taste , but the taste is actually rich. I like the Braised Baby Yellow Croaker with rice cake, it’s rich with umami notes. I also recommend the must try items including Turnip in supreme chicken soup & Pan-fried Xiao Long Bao. They r so yummy! It matches well with Champagne Henri Giraud Fut de Chene MV 13 Ay Grand Cru Brut, the complexity of the champagne echos well with the richness of the dishes. I’ll surely visit again to try other dishes next time! Cheers! 😋😋🥂🍾
