Making a Easy and Cheap DIY Punchbag with material from Lowes and Homedepot.
While relatively lighter at only about 30lbs, it is also very Solid as it is made with sand and can be tough on the hands. Great for power shots and technical training and can definately take a hit! Barehanded training not recommended unless you have plenty of experience with conditioning.
Great cheap option for space, very portable and great tool for mma, boxing, kickboxing, traditional martial arts training, pretty much any style.
