Breakfasts are the only meals I get to prepare myself, so I always make sure they are healthy as well as YUMMY! ◡̈
Let me share with you one of my favourite breakfast recipes :

Mushroom Cheese Melt Toast!
1. Toast two slices of Gardenia Brown Rice and Oat Soft Grain Loaf
2. Throw some baby spinach leaves onto a hot pan for a 5-10 seconds to ‘soften’ them
3. Sautéed mushrooms in Garlic infused Olive oil, with a dash of salt and pepper.
4. Add two slices of cheddar cheese and stack everything up, place it on a hot pan to melt the cheese
5. Serve and enjoy!
