{IG Giveaway} When I am home alone with the kids, there are days when it becomes nearly impossible to cook. Instead of takeaways, I prefer to have ready to eat food in my fridge and all I have to do is heat it up. At least got a bit of effort, right? Haha.
Thanks to GIM POH FOOD, our dinner was easily settled and it turned out to be much yummier than I expected! Yay! The kids gave their thumbs up for the Prawn Paste Chicken and Lotus Seed Chicken, the hubby liked the Pork and Prawn Roll which had a dash of pepper while I satisfied my craving with the Kong Bak Pau.
All I had to do was defrost the food, heat them up in the airfryer or steamer and they were ready to be served, easy peasy! The instructions were clearly indicated on the labels and if you keep the food items frozen, they can be stored for up to 8 weeks.
I think we definitely need to keep more in our freezer because they will really come in handy on rainy days. Let's tuck in!
