#throwback 來自中國雲南香格里拉海拔2600米的葡萄酒香！好高興又同Ao Yun #敖雲 酒莊及技術總監 Maxence Dulou 單對單在線上會面，並一同隔空試了剛推出市場嘅 #AoYun 2017年。由2013年第一瓶到現在，每年也在混合葡萄上作微調，去釀造出最代表當地風土（terroir)嘅葡萄酒，以Cabernet Sauvignon 為主要葡萄，還有Cabernet Franc, Syrah 及 Petit Verdot葡萄，今年還首次加入2% Merlot。最初聞落去比較害羞，開咗2個鐘後開始開，單寧幼滑而帶微甜，優雅而帶紫花、玫瑰、藍莓、黑莓、香料、雪茄葉、草本植物、甘草及橡木等味道，餘韻悠長。相當高質，只得4萬多支，喜歡法園波爾多紅酒style嘅朋友一定會對這瓶佳釀有驚喜！#Cheers! 🥰🍷
#Throwback Tasted the elegant red wine from 2600m above sea level from Shangrila, Yunnan, China! Very happy to chat with #MaxenceDulou , Estate & Technical Director, Ao Yun again via one on one zoom tasting & tried the new vintage Ao Yun 2017 together! Since its inaugural 2013 vintage, the blending composition has been fine tuned every year to showcase the style of the terroir! With Cabernet Sauvignon as the main grape variety, it is also blended with Cabernet Franc, Syrah & Petit Verdot. 2% Merlot has been added for the first time in 2017 vintage. It’s quite shy to show its aromas in the beginning and it takes about 2 hours’ breathing to start showing its characters, the tannins are silky with a sweet note, it’s elegant with roses, purple flower, blueberries, concentrated blackberries, toasty, elegantly herbaceous, tobacco leaf, spices & licorice notes. It has good acidity with long finish. It’s a high quality wine with about 40k bottles only. If u like Bordeaux style red wine, you’ll be surprised by this bottle! Cheers! 🥰🍷

宮崎吾郎的NHK CG電視動畫《阿雅與魔女》終於在 12/30 播出了，算起來，這是吉卜力六年來的第一部新作了，跟武漢肺炎無關、當然與《鬼滅之刃》也無關，六年了，悽慘的《回憶中的瑪妮》已經是六年前夏天的事了。

事實上，從2013年宮崎駿宣佈退休之後，吉卜力就停止了所有新作的開發，乃至宮崎又收回了退休、又開始《你想活出怎樣的人生》的新作製作，這一停一重啟，又耗去了不少年頭。而如今《你想活出怎樣的人生》的製作，又碰上了武漢肺炎，某些延遲是可以理解的……但回過頭來說，事實上吉卜力內部，《你想活出怎樣的人生》是沒有deadline的。

宮崎氏的宇宙是不可能沒有死線的，無論是製作的規模有多大、多複雜，時程是吉卜力、不、所有企業營運的基本準則。更何況是身為工匠的宮崎駿……當然這時可以開開玩笑……過去那個厭惡手塚動畫壓榨型工作方式的宮崎駿，其實一直也是重度工作者，唯一不同之處，也許只在於他也是那加班同仁間的一位吧（但手塚治虫其實也是）。

高畑勲製作《輝耀姬物語》時，花了整整 8 年，看起來，《你想活出怎樣的人生》也是這種模式：目前這個計畫已經進行了超過 3 年，而目前的進度看來，至少還要再 3 年的時間（監製鈴木敏夫表示）。

這樣說來，假設真是如此，《你想活出怎樣的人生》完成時，宮崎氏已經 83 歲了，已經比他最親愛的戰友還多活了 1 歲。很明顯地，《你想活出怎樣的人生》與高畑的《輝耀姬物語》一樣，應該會是宮崎氏的最後長片電影作品。身為吉卜力大管家的鈴木，願意拋開期限讓宮崎駿盡力燃燒，可以看到其中無言的溫柔。

燃燒至死，是我最喜愛宮崎先生的特質，話說回來，經歷過 60 年代工運的那些叛逆年輕人，血液裡也都有這種工匠性格吧，努力到最後一刻，任性到最後一刻。

拿著筆寫到恍惚，突然感覺自己的生命只剩一秒時，閉著眼，讓那筆尖的最後一勾到位，然後靜靜地讓靈魂離開，是最美的死法。

但另一方面，吉卜力的新生命正在激烈地掙扎著：2022 年秋天，吉卜力公園就要開幕。

這裡會有大型的機械設施、美麗的田園、還有許多刻意要引起遊客互動的設計。原本站在「閉嘴觀望就好」立場的宮崎駿，也忍不住啪啪啪地丟出了不少點子。

這是個不一樣的世界了，跨媒體經營IP已經不再是大公司的權利，而是所有經營IP者都必須面對的課題，人們可以同時是讀者、觀眾、網路用戶與線下的遊客，而當消費者以多重面目接近你時，你也必須滿足他們不同面向的需求。作為日本優秀的動畫公司、不、應該說已經成為日本文化一部分的吉卜力，需要踏出朝向新領域的第一步了。

12 月 31 日，在全日本進入春假模式時，無預警地，吉卜力設立了官方推特帳號。值得紀念的第一篇推文，特別用英文寫著：「Happy New Year everyone！」加上先前將所有動畫作品放上串流平台的舉動，吉卜力就像巨大的龍貓，緩慢但確實地在改變著步伐。

官方推特貼出了宮崎駿每年都會親筆劃下的賀年卡：象徵牛年、身上彩繪著2021、帶著微笑的大牛，把討厭的病毒踩在腳下。

80 歲的宮崎駿還有力氣，他還沒燃燒完呢。

Finally sharing my Chanel consignment/vintage haul i've been accumulating since February. Most of these bags have been on my wish list for a while and i'm so happy to finally take the plunge on some of them. I love looking for specific bags from iconic collections, and just overall finding bags that i don't see all the time. Just for reference, I started properly shopping/collecting Chanel from 2013, when i moved to London...though I did already have several Chanel bags my mom got me on special occasions including my first ever Chanel bag she got me in 2010 during a family trip to Paris. now that i think of it, i also used to spend my Lunar New Year money on Chanel bags too. ahahah. Anyway, thank you so much for taking the time to watch, hope you guys enjoy this special haul and catch you guys in my next video!
