地元の方、オススメの町中華！静岡県伊東市『源来軒』に伺いました。JR伊東駅から徒歩で約10分ほど行ったところにある町中華で、視聴者の方から教えて頂きました(どうもありがとうございました！)。リニューアルされたばかりのようで新しい看板には、中華・洋食とあるのが印象的です。こちら以前にお邪魔した「桂林」と関わりがあるそうで(詳しくは動画内にてお話ししています)、丁寧でボリュームあるメニューは毎日伺っても飽きない味わいでした。美味しく頂いた町中華、早速お店の様子からご覧ください！

Recommended local Chinese food! We visited "Genraniken" in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. A viewer told me about the town of China, which is about a 10-minute walk from JR Ito Station (Thank you!). It seems that it has just been renewed, and it is impressive that the new signboard says Chinese and Western food. It seems that it has something to do with "Guilin" that I visited before (details are explained in the video), and the polite and voluminous menu was a taste that I would never get tired of visiting every day. Please take a look at the delicious Chinese food in the town and the shops!

Mouse mommy knows that my dad loves to eat homemade Soy Sauce Braised Chicken Wing by using Lee Kum Kee Malaysia authentic Asian seasoning sauces. Mouse mommy wanna gives a surprise to daddy by serving this signature cum daddy’s all-time-flavour dish to my “Ketua Rumah” Father!

?Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Soy Sauce Braised Chicken Wing?
Food ingredients : 8 pieces of chicken wing, LKK Selected Light Soy Sauce, LKK Selected Dark Soy Sauce, LKK Premium Oyster Sauce, LKK Pure Sesame Oil, LKK Guilin Style Chilli Sauce, 50g rock sugar, 1 tbsp cooking oil , 1 clove garlic (crushed), 350mls water, 3 slices of ginger, garnish with spring onions and spearmint.

Cooking time! Mouse mommy put in cooking oil, garlic and ginger and saute till it turns fragrant. Then, add in rock sugar, water, 6 tbsp LKK Selected Light Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp LKK Selected Dark Soy Sauce and 1 tbsp LKK Premium Brand Oyster Sauce, boiled it and simmer the braising liquid for 15 minutes. After that, add in chicken wings and cook it till the sauces become thick and nicely coated for all the chicken wings. Put a dash of LKK Pure Sesame Oil and ready to serve. Garnish with spring onions and spearmint. Add LKK Guilin Style Chilli Sauce as dipping sauce for spicy lover. Delicious!!! ?
