Hello! How is everyone doing?
Today's makeup video might look familiar if you follow me on IG! I was debating whether or not to adapt this for YouTube for a while and finally decided to do it! It's one of my favorite looks and I think the toasty warm tones of this look are perfect for autumn! ?
But on that note...how is it already fall? I feel like summer has barely begun ? but I'm not complaining about a change in weather, LA is unbearably hot lately. And I never have anything bad to say about fall! All of the cinnamon desserts ? Maybe I'll do a cinnamon roll look next? Hehe hope you're all staying safe and sane!

【材料】

調理時間：10分
材料：2人前

イカ…1杯
じゃがいも…1つ
バター…10g
しょうゆ…小さじ1
青のり、鰹節…適量


【作り方】

1, じゃがいもは皮をむき、1cm厚の輪切りにして、耐熱ボウルにいれて600Wで2分加熱。イカは内臓、骨を取り出し、胴を1cmほどの輪切りに、足は数本に分けて一口に切る。

2, フライパンを中火で熱し、バターの半量を入れ、輪切りにしたイカを焼く。

3, イカの色が変わってきたところで、じゃがいもを入れ、醤油を回し入れて炒め合わせる。

4, 皿に盛り、バターをのせ、青のり、かつおぶしをかける。

[How to make]

1, Peel the potatoes, cut into 1cm thick slices, put in a heat-resistant bowl and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Cut out the squid's internal organs and bones, cut the torso into 1cm slices, and cut the legs into several pieces.

2, Heat the skillet over medium heat, add half the butter, and bake the sliced ​​squid.

3, When the color of the squid starts to change, add potatoes, turn in soy sauce and stir.

4, Serve on a plate, put butter, and paste with blue seaweed and bonito.
