上周匆匆過大海一天， 在 JW Marriott Hotel Macau 大堂酒廊一試全新afternoon tea set, 與 澳門著名的KAFKA Sweets & Gourmandises 卡夫卡 的 Winter Wonderland 下午茶，有5款聖誕造型甜點，榛子朱古力馴鹿， Tea WG 1837黑茶做的雪花波波，又有宇治抹茶與小倉紅豆造成的聖誕樹。 將聖誕食落肚，甜甜的也好一抒壓。

作為飲食博客，總是要抱著客觀的態度來嘗試美食，味道的變化不能只在乎主觀的心。這次在 The Ritz-Carlton, Macau 第五屆亞太區美食節中，便有機會參與由西班牙星廚 Chef Erlantz Gorostiza 的午宴， 選材和廚法的獨特，造就了味覺上的衝擊。一道紅鯔魚茴香意大利飯，以茴香代替飯，又以滾油將紅鯔魚連鱗淋脆， 絕少嚐到的做法。只此一天食到，著實難得。

Being a food blogger, not only do I have to criticise the food I try, but also be open-minded to try new things (taste). In the Ritz-Carlton 5th annual Asia-Pacific Food and Wine Festival, took part in the lunch of Chef Erlantz Gorostiza and experience an exotic journey of taste. Learnt a lot from the combination of ingredients and mix & match with Spanish. Another once-in-a-lifetime chance in the festival!
