Day4 - 樂團
有時候不僅僅是自己樂器上的練習，也需要有足夠的樂團練習機會，該如何將自己的聲音運用在室內樂、樂團裡，跟隨指揮的拍子、隨著群體的音樂擺動、加入團的和聲色彩裡，就像由10人組成的一個高聳巨人，我們是這巨人的一部分，個人風格之外還有群體意識。
往往在一些片段，各聲部在點的銜接上總是需要格外精準，才會讓一個句子聽起來像是一個人演奏一樣，要達到這樣流暢的感覺需要各聲部共同的配合。有時候不能心急亦不能猶豫，音樂是時間的藝術，在準確的時間點吹出該音，作曲家需要的正確和聲才有可能被聽見。在每一次樂團練習或者彩排的時候，無論曲目多簡單，我都會傾注全力達到這個目標，才能確保自己有能力隨機應變。
「傾聽」更是需要無時無刻打開耳朵練習的，若不習慣傾聽，實際在演奏時往往會忽略掉很多節拍或和聲聲響上的細節。更何況，我天生就單側聽損，左邊聽不到的情況下，若不隨時保持開闊的專注力感受音場，左邊的聲音我根本聽不到。
「等待」更是吹樂團時必練的練習，從4小節的休息、20小節的空拍，甚至到整整三個樂章的空白都超級容易讓人恍神的！但即使有300個小節要算，還是「必須得算」！除非音樂已經熟到自己打個瞌睡再回來還是能吹到一級棒的時候，才可以放空（喂）
我真的很喜歡吹樂團，從小大家開始在抱怨練團時，卻是我最快樂的時光。
Sometimes, not only the journey practice in flute needs to be done, but also the opportunity to practice in the Orchestra. How to put my sound into the chamber music or orchestra music, how to follow the director’s direction and join the group’s groove, how to play and make beautifully the harmony’s colour. The orchestra, the group are like a tall giant assembled by 10 people, we are a part of this big tall giant, besides of the personal style, there is the consciousness of group.
For some parts of music, the connection between phrase or point is important, we need the coordination of the different parts. No rush, no hesitate. Music is the art of time, I need to play the note exactly on the correct point, then the perfect harmony which composers demand may have the chance to be heard. On every orchestra practice or rehearsal, no matter how easy the program is, I do my best to fulfil these goals, making sure I have ability to play it by ear.
“Listening” to each other is in need. If not used to listen, we may miss a lot of details about groove and harmony. Not to mention that I was born on half-deafness. In the most of time, my left part has no sound at all, if I didn’t keep enough focus on the sound’s field, I can hardly hear anything.
“Waiting” is a everyday lessons in orchestra, from 4 bars of rest to 300 bars of rest, even the whole 3 first movements, no matter how long, a long rest always make us zone out… but we always need to practice “CALCULATING” the bars!
I really like to play in orchestra, since kids while people complaining about the orchestra’s practice time, it was and still is my happiest time.
