I had been fit in the past but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to achieve what I have done here at tiger. My old lifestyle consisted of living in restaurants and clubs.. a complete mess. I didn’t watch the scales until I cared about fighting and being lighter and faster. I wanted more muscle mass to be honest.. no man wants to be a twig and be swept away by the wind 😂😂😂 I was a workaholic, my brain had to be constantly working or I genuinely wasn't happy. I know I am capable of becoming a successful business man which is my personal dream. So then when I booked my ticket to Phuket- what’s 14 weeks of sacrifice to kickstart a future of balance? I had a plan when I arrived and I stuck to it.
I started with the Crossfit classes at Tiger and personal training/nutrition sessions with Joy. We trained 3/4 times a week together doing both body building and functional fitness. I learnt a lot about training, eating and recovery. Joy was helpful throughout the whole process from diet to just general things, she was always responsive and really genuine. Much appreciated. “

So last year I got fat..like really fat.
I figured you know, since I've transformed my body from skinny to fit, but I've never gotten fat before (I got out of shape but never fat), why not?
I binged my way up to 97kg and was carrying a tummy. My face got chubby too!
Obviously it wasn't fun, I felt tired and lazy ALL the time, doing cardio felt like hell and I was turning into a slob. I realised how unproductive I was, how negative life became and how the low confident affected my mindset.
Everything was literally NEGATIVE!
It was a total chaos, I became my own worst enemy. But I knew that if I didn't changed, this was going to be a problem for me
So, I dedicated 2017 to a change, to growth and to learn
I kicked my own butt, harder than ever.
I busted my ass in the gym, did deeper researches on diet & nutrition, seek professionals for advices, tested and discipline my mind, build motivation and became my own inspiration. And exactly a year later, I've looked back and compared to my fatty self, not just a change of my physique, but a shift of mindset, knowledge, experience and overall confidence
I got into Men's Health cover which was what I wanted to achieve before the year ended,
And I can proudly say,
I did it 🙏🏼

My best tip
The best way to start your transformation is to first STOP doing what you are used to, and take a complete 180 change to your lifestyle. If Positivity is what you seek, then you must overcome the biggest enemy, which is yourself. Because YOU can also become your biggest inspiration.
It's never too late to start, because taking a step is better than taking none,
make 2018 YOURS 🔥💯

I'm an IFBB Pro Men's Physique athlete. I started training 15 years ago and began competing at a professional level from 2013. Since then I've competed in over 14 bodybuilding competitions worldwide from U.S.A. to Japan, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Some of my highlights include holding the title as a 7x World Physique Champion under the Muslemania Universe and Musclemania America as well as being the 1st Runner Up at the IFBB Japan Pro 2018.
