我對Facebook的聲明？
請容許本傳媒再一次指出，網民在自己的status 上copy and paste什麼聲明，是不會有法律效力，而且這個惡作劇已經玩了很多年。
Facebook可以如何使用各用戶的資料，在大家加入Facebook時已經同意了，這樣寫幾段字（嚴格來說是抄），不會改變什麼。
而那個「羅馬規約」其實跟私隱是完全無關的。
英國衛報兩年前的報道：
The hoax cites law “UCC 1-308- 1 1 308-103” and the Rome Statute as defences against Facebook’s use of your images. The Rome Statute is actually the legal framework that set up the International Criminal Court, which deals specifically with genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
