Continue #EnPrimeur2020 tasting! Thanks #WineNowHK for invitation & tried 5 2020 samples at Renaissance HK. Due to pandemic situation, wineries have different ideas of how to host en-primeur tasting and it’s my first time trying en-primeur in test tube format, including Château Pichon Baron 2020, Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2020, Chateau Pibran 2020, Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2020 & Chateau Suduiraut 2020. Very happy to sit with Principal Lau Chi Sun & tasted wine together. He has shared many tips with me & learnt a lot from him. Château Pichon Baron 2020 is very elegant, fruity and with complexity. A great vintage not to be missed! Cheers! 🥳🍷🎉
