What are your skin goals?? This is for both men & women.
The goal when I partnered with @nextmed_clinic two years ago, was to never have to wear foundation. In the last 3 months, that has changed to “healing as best as possible, and ageing gracefully”.
Our human bodies are changing every day (like our circumstances), but our care for it has to be consistent. Not. Easy! This is why seeking professional help with my mind & body is important - they know best. And I get overwhelmed trying to figure out what’s best for me. Do you ever feel this?
This is why I’m grateful for @dralicialiw & her team for sticking with me on this journey. It removes the burden of trying to figure out what to do, saves me time, and gives me so much peace of mind. They’ve never said anything about wanting to make my scar disappear, and have only focused on helping me heal as best as possible & as naturally as possible by using my body to heal itself. I. Am. So. Grateful 😭🙏🏽🤍
