Kuih Sopang merupakan kuih tradisi Orang Kuala Pilah atau Negeri Sembilan dan ia sering dijadikan menu istimewa semasa musim perayaan.
Bahan-bahan asasnya ialah tepung pulut, kelapa parut dan santan. Cara pembuatannya juga mudah jika dibandingkan dengan kuih tradisional yang lain.
Untuk resepi ini, bahan utama saya ialah Tepung Pulut Cap Pokok Agricore kerana saya ingin dapatkan texture Kuih Sopang yang sempurna dan lebih enak.
Nak rasa? Saya ada hasilkan Kuih Sopang di SukaSucre Bistro tetapi hanya hari hari terpilih sahaja. Surprise!

Sopang cake is a tradition of Kuala Pilah or Negeri Sembilan and it is often used as a special menu during the fest
The basic ingredients are glutinous rice flour, grated coconut milk and coconut milk. The way to make is also easy compared to other traditional cakes.
For this recipe, my main ingredient is Agricore Tree Cap Glutinous Rice Flour because I want to get the perfect and more delicious texture of Sopang Kuih.
