來介紹一間最近的愛店😍😍😍💕
在台中火車站附近的小巷轉角，日式風格非常可愛
而且是寵物友善餐廳！門上寫著「內有萌犬🐶」結果一開門真的被超萌的「o-den」萌翻天😍
午餐時間到晚餐時段都可以來唷，非常適合三五好友聚餐吃飯的地方☺️

店裡主要賣丼飯、炸物還有小點，親子丼是有故事的一道料理也是新品，肉質很嫩搭配飯不會過鹹，這道我自己很喜歡☺️
唐揚雞塊有非常酥脆加美乃滋很可以👌讓我一口接著一口🤤🤤
還有松阪豬丼飯，可以加上柚子醬，用料豐富除了菇類、蔬菜、溏心蛋還有泡菜，一點微辣的口感很下飯！丼飯還有附湯非常有飽足感！
日式煎餃把旁邊敲開就可以食用啦！搭配一點點酥脆的外皮的餃子🥟熱熱的吃非常剛好！
肉類都是用低溫烹調準備的，他們目前是一人廚房，點完需要等候一下唷👌

最後要介紹可愛的奶蓋啦！上面有可愛的o-den呢一送上來真的有驚喜到太Q太值得點了❤️
個人覺得當天點的餐點都好平價又好吃😋
而且偷偷跟大家說老闆娘真的很美跟o-den的互動真的很有愛，而且柴柴真的非常乖，樸實溫暖的小店，快一起來吃吃飯還有跟o-denz玩🙋🏻

終於吃到你！（續集）La Villa René Lalique
話說多年前我去三星餐廳L’Arnsbourg吃飯。可惜那天生病，晚餐吃得沒情沒緒，事後怎麼也想不起來吃了什麼，只記得生病。
對於這位三星主廚Jean-George Klein的手藝完全沒有印象。
幾年後，他和姐姐凱蒂鬧翻分家，帶著二手、經理、侍酒師離開。
話分兩頭。當年凱蒂繼續經營L’Arnsbourg，把當年三星呼聲很高的巴黎小蜜蜂餐廳L’Abeille主廚Philippe Labbé因醜聞被迫離開香格里拉酒店，挖來主掌這家老牌三星餐廳L’Arnsbourg，期望維持三星。
可惜Philippe Labbé不到一年就把餐廳搞倒了。L’Arnsbourg被一對當地年輕廚師夫婦接手，L’Arnsbourg這家亞爾薩斯地標餐廳從此走入歷史。
2008年一個瑞士富商Denz偶然裡買下法國頂級水晶品牌萊儷Lalique。為了慶祝購買品牌簽約成功，在L’Arnsbourg宴功，Denz因此結識了主廚Jean-George Klein。那天是2月14日情人節。
當Denz想把萊儷水晶創辦人的故居改成一家高級旅館兼餐廳時，想到的主廚就是Jean-George Klein。
餐廳La Villa René Lalique終於讓Jean-George Klein找回美食舞台。開幕後，米其林給兩星。我也因此一直希望有機會來。
今天，終於吃到了！
論料理水準，三星無疑，甚至高過許多三星，我以為米其林早晚要還他三星的。雖然老主廚現在不太親自下廚，已經交給匈牙利籍徒弟Paul Stradner了。
除了料理近乎完美外，服務、氣氛、細節... 都展現一個法式Fine dining 的典範，讓客人在優雅和輕鬆中享受，極少三星餐廳能在各方面都達到這個水準。
當然，還有酒單，非常非常精彩，我忍不住地點了一支多年來夢想品嚐的亞爾薩斯夢幻莊園Trimbach Clos St-Hune 2008。
這是我很多年來少有的夢幻的一餐。
