A month later it would probably sound like French to most of the general population 😂

Anyway, here he’s putting in quite simple layman’s terms what is happening during a warm-up set ⚡️ He’s just getting his muscles “used to” contracting, because 5 minutes ago they were doing nothing 😴

Think of those sets in terms of their purpose. They’re to prepare your joints for the range they’re going to have to explore, your muscles to contract and the force they and their connective tissue are about to produce and translate respectively, and your neural system to make all of this happen with maximal effort 💯 Yes, the process will encourage increased blood flow so don’t worry about that🫀

Lastly, they represent your opportunity to focus on what feels good today and what doesn’t 🤔 and what cues you’re going to focus on delivering in your set this session (based on either an intention bias or something in particular you’re working on or experimenting with) without the distraction of managing and controlling heavy load 🥵

If you start thinking about your “non-working” sets in this manner, you might just find you stop wasting too much energy “getting warm” 🤒🤦🏻‍♂️ and instead spend it improving the readiness of your mind 🧠 muscles 💪🏽 and joints 🦾 to execute the sets ahead of you.

The inclusion of the Taiwan Strait issue as a shared agenda item – under the “Global Responsibility and International Action” heading – was not an easy decision among the seven capitals. According to political and diplomatic sources cited by a Tokyo-based news agency, before the summit, the G-7 sherpas of France and Germany argued that since the Taiwan Strait issue had been touched upon clearly in the Foreign Ministers’ joint statement a month ago already, it might not be necessary to bring up the issue in the leaders’ communiqué. France and Germany were looking to mitigate the irritations to Beijing. The U.S. and Japanese representatives, on the other hand, suggested the necessity of such a move, arguing that the situation in the Taiwan Strait is a topic closely linked to their national security and that failing to mention it would deliver the wrong impression that the leaders collectively have no concerns over the issue. The sherpas thus left the decision to the heads of state and government over the course of the summit. It was not until the morning of the last day of the summit that French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel agreed on including the Taiwan Strait issue in the communiqué.

It is 306 successors who built the base that Peugeot car makes a hit in Japan, but an impression called the car model that is different by upsizing of the body by the pursuit of the safety at all is strong. As a car model for families, I contribute to reclamation of new constituency of Peugeot. The body type has 307 フェリーヌ of the hatchback, 307SW of three lines of the 7-passenger minivan, 307CC of the coupe cabriolet (the convertible of the electric storage roof).

As for the engine, 1.6L and 2.0L are prepared for, but CC becomes only 2.0L. In addition, there is grade called Sport equipped with the 2.0L engine which I tuned up in CC, and it is only manual setting, but it is it with the setting that a steering wheel can choose right and left. Panora Mick glass roof (actually, the daily output followed a glass roof of Peugeot) which seems to be daily output / ラフェスタ in SW is equipped with, and, as for one seat of seat after the second line, disassembly is possible by a unit. 307 breaks done a lineup of before are bodies same as SW, but, in two lines of this place, there is not the setting of the Panora Mick glass roof with a station wagon of 5-passenger.

I switched to WR car / 307WRC based on 307CC from 206WRC conventional than WRC of 2004 in the motor sports. Was full of dullness so that the trouble of the gearbox which occurred frequently although 307WRC occasionally showed the speed occasionally bathed in dust stirred up by those in front of 206WRC of the customer specifications car by upsizing of the body again and expressed WRC withdrawal as the works last by a season in 2005. By the way, the customer specifications car which assumed a works machine of 2005 the cause did an entry from the private team in 2006.
