In this video I shared my experience doing crossfit for the first time! For a cross-fit newbie like myself, learning a few main lifts from the crossfitters was a different kind of good stimulant and definitely gave a good spike up for my heart rate compared to bodybuilding trainings.
What we did that day was WOD which is referred as (workout of the day) whereby you primarily focus on 3 main key lifts.. which i learned within 45min btw ? and perform those movement back-to-back as many REPS as possible within the 10min time span. (Full burst of all out set!! Crazy ?)
