This year, MGM offers three kinds of mooncake gifts boxes in eight flavours. The special design comes from little local artist Chao Iao Hin, and his father. This art piece is inspired by the “Valkyrie Octopus”at MGM MACAU, which embodies auspicious and happy reunion of families, as well as the precious innocence of children. After enjoying the mooncakes with families, you might as well try making a good use of the containers. Turning it into a watercolour markers box is probably a good idea to carry out the resource recycling.

I’m new to this and it’s definitely a fun experience! 😍
This time we went to @unpackt.sg! I’ll try to remember what they have at the store & bring more suitable containers over in future (olive oil, salt, spaghetti, soaps etc).
We heard Unpackt offers delivery as well, & they’ll collect back the same containers on the next delivery so it’ll reduce the amount of wastage 🙏🏻❤️

抹茶とチョコの蒸しパンをご紹介します!
フライパンでお手軽に作れて、とってもふんわり仕上がります♪

2色の蒸しパン
4個分
材料:
■抹茶風味
ホットケーキミックス 50g
抹茶(粉末)小さじ1/2
甘納豆 30g
A牛乳 大さじ2
A溶き卵 1/2個分
A砂糖 小さじ1
A米油 大さじ1/2
■ココア風味
ホットケーキミックス 50g
ココアパウダー 小さじ1/2
チョコチップ 20g
B牛乳 大さじ2
B溶き卵 1/2個分
B砂糖 小さじ1
B米油 大さじ1/2
作り方:
1.抹茶風味を作る。ボウルにAを泡立て器でよく混ぜ、ホットケーキミックス、抹茶を加えて、だまが消えるまでさらによく混ぜる。2/3量の甘納豆を加えてざっと混ぜる。
2.ココア風味を作る。ボウルにBを泡立て器でよく混ぜ、ホットケーキミックス、ココアを加えて、だまが消えるまでさらによく混ぜる。2/3量のチョコチップを加えてざっと混ぜる。
3.ココット等の耐熱容器4個に紙カップをしく。(1)、(2)を半量ずつ入れる。抹茶風味には残りの甘納豆をちらし、ココア風味には残りのチョコチップをちらす。
4.フライパンに深さ3㎝くらい水を入れて沸かし、(3)を並べる。濡らした布巾で包んだ蓋をして強火で15分ほど蒸す。竹串を刺して生地はついてこなければ完成!

INGREDIENTS
-Matcha flavor
50g Pancake mix
1/2 teaspoon Matcha (powder)
30g Amanatto
A 2 tablespoons Milk
A 1/2 Beaten egg
A 1 teaspoon Sugar
A 1/2 tablespoon Rice oil
-Cocoa flavor
50g Pancake mix
1/2 teaspoon Cocoa (unsweetened)
20g Chocolate chips
B 2 tablespoons Milk
B 1/2 Beaten egg
B 1 teaspoon Sugar
B 1/2 tablespoon Rice oil
PREPARATION
1. Make matcha flavor. Mix A ingredients well in a bowl with a whisk, add the pancake mix and matcha, and mix well until the lumps disappear. Add 2/3 amount of Amanatto and mix gently.
2. Make cocoa flavor. Mix B ingredients well in a bowl with a whisk, add the pancake mix and cocoa, and mix well until the lumps disappear. Add 2/3 amount of chocolate chips and mix gently.
3. Put a paper cup in 4 heat-resistant containers such as cocotte. Add 1 and 2 in halfway up the containers. Sprinkle the remaining sweet natto on the matcha flavor and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on the cocoa flavor.
4. Put water about 3 cm deep in a frying pan and bring to a boil, then line up the containers in the pan. Cover with a damp cloth and steam on high heat for 15 minutes. If you stick a bamboo skewer and there is no batter residue the cakes are ready.
5.Enjoy!

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a French style Pineapple Vanilla Rum Jam (Confiture D’ananas Á La Vanille au Rhum).
It’s the season for pineapple locally. Pineapple is super sweet and less expensive than usual since they're in season now. If you want to preserve more delicious pineapples, making jam is a good way.
We have made Taiwanese pineapple jam before, but this time we’re going to make the French style, the recipe is inspired by Christine Ferber. Pineapple laced with vanilla and dark rum, the whole combination worked brilliantly and produced a delicious result in texture and flavor. It’s a Must Try recipe. Enjoy the video. :)

How to make French Pineapple Jam With Vanilla & Rum
Here is the French Pineapple Jam With Vanilla & Rum Recipe
☞ Jam Container is 500ml
✎ Ingredients
pineapple 500g, remove the skin and core
rum 50ml
sugar 375g
vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon (or a stick of vanilla bean)
lemon 1
✎ Instructions
1. Cut the pineapple in half through the center, and then cut into 3 for each half. Remove the core.
2. To use a sticker or a small knife, remove the pineapple seeds to make a perfect texture and taste.
3. Slice the pineapple into 2~3mm thick. Weigh out 500 grams of pulp.
4. Place pineapple slices into a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla extract, then squeeze a lemon juice.
5. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until the pineapple mixture simmers slightly for a few minutes.
6. Pour the pineapple mixture into a large bowl, cover with parchment and let cool. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
7. Next day, pour the mixture into the saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir frequently and skim any scum that rises to the surface. After boiling, continue to cook for 8~10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
8. When the fruit and liquid cook to the gel point, or until 105C, add the Rum and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
9. Once cooked, pour the jam into sterilized containers. Place lids and seal. Turning the jars upside down. Let cool and place in the refrigerator.

今日は、トースターで作る『半熟チーズケーキ』を作りました!
トースターで湯煎焼きすることで、半熟でなめらかでとろける食感がめちゃくちゃ美味しいチーズケーキが簡単にできます!
しかもボウル一つで、材料をどんどん混ぜていくだけ!めちゃくちゃ簡単です!
焼き立てはぷるぷるなので、冷蔵庫で冷やして落ち着かせてからお召し上がりください。
