Feeling girly even in active wear. Thank you @cocodry.co for treating my scalp and also curling my hair for the first time since MCO.

Learnt a fair bit on the scalp.
Signs of unhealthy scalp:
1. Itchiness
2. Dandruff
3. Change if hair texture
4. Oily scalp
5. Hair failing out 😭
Some of the ways to keep your scalp healthy
1. Eat well!!!! 🥩🥑🥬🍳🍗🦑
2. Massage your scalp 💆♀️
3. Shampoo🧼 regularly - this is a must for me since I workout. I can never understand people who workout and don't wash their hair 🥴
4. Take your vit A, B, C, D, E, Zinc, Iron.
5. Limit chemicals, aim to use more natural products.
6. Preserve moisture
7. Exfoliate your scalp.

Overall my scalp is pretty healthy minus the fact that some of my hair pores are clogged (could've been from the fresh workout lol). The treatment done on me used organic and natural products which I'm such a FAN of. I've been aiming to use products with no parabens, sulfates and nasties as much as possible to avoid unnecessary xenoestrogens in me. Less toxins in the body means the healthier it is overall.
