水まんじゅう粉 50g
グラニュー糖 100g
水 400g
こしあん 150～170g

☆Ingredients (Makes12-14)

50g Mizu Manjuu Powder
100g sugar
400g water
150-170g smooth sweet red bean paste(12g each per manjuu.)

Mizu manju is a Japanese sweet which is eaten during the summer and simply put is red bean paste inside clear jelly.
水まんじゅうは夏に食べる和菓子で 簡単に説明すると透明なゼリーで包んである餡子のことです。

ギャラクシーゼリーボール
2人分

材料：

■透明の層

アガー 15g

砂糖 10g

水 250ml

■青い層

ブルーハワイシロップ 50ml

いちごシロップ 40ml

水 150ml

アガー 20g

アラザン 3g

お湯　大さじ1

作り方：

1. アラザンをお湯で溶かす。

2. 透明の層を作る。ボウルにアガーと砂糖を入れて混ぜる。

3. 小鍋に水と(2)を入れて混ぜ、強火に熱する。沸騰したら弱火で2分煮る。

4. (3)を鍋ごと氷水に浸け、3分ほどかき混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。

5. 丸製氷皿に(4)を注ぎ、10分ほど冷やす。粗熱が取れて少し固まってきたら、お湯で溶かしたアラザンを流し入れて軽く混ぜる。

6. 青色の層を作る。小鍋に水、ブルーハワイシロップ、いちごシロップ、アガーを入れて混ぜ、強火に熱する。沸騰したら弱火で2分煮る。

7. (6)を鍋ごと氷水に浸けて、2分ほどかき混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。

8. (5)に(7)を注ぎ、冷蔵庫に30分ほど入れて冷やし固める。

10. 容器から取り出したら、完成！

桜のレインドロップケーキ
2人分

材料：

■桜ゼリー

水 250ml

砂糖 10g

クールアガー 8g

桜の塩漬け 20g

■ミルクゼリー

無脂肪牛乳 250ml

砂糖 10g

アガー 4g

黒蜜 適量

抹茶（飾り用）

作り方：

1. 桜ゼリーを作る。ボウルにアガーと砂糖を入れて混ぜる。

2. 小鍋に水と(1)を入れて混ぜ、強火にかける。沸騰したら弱火にして2分煮る。

3. (2)を鍋ごと氷水につけて、3分ほどよく混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。

4.桜の塩漬けはさっと水洗いし、水につけて塩出しする（10分〜）。かるく水分を絞ってがくをとりのぞき、花びらだけをほぐしておく。丸製氷皿に桜の塩漬けを入れ、(3)の半量を流し入れる。蓋はせずに冷蔵庫に15分ほど入れて冷やし固める。

5. ミルクゼリーを作る。ボウルにアガーと砂糖を入れて混ぜる。

6. 小鍋に牛乳と(5)を入れて混ぜ、強火にかける。沸騰直前で弱火にして2分煮る。

7. (6)を鍋ごと氷水につけて、2分ほどよく混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。

8. (4)の上に(7)を流し入れて蓋をする。冷蔵庫に1時間ほど入れて冷やし固める。

9. 製氷皿からそっと取り出して皿にのせ、黒蜜と抹茶をかけたら、完成！

ラズベリーのレインドロップケーキ
2人分

材料：

アガー 8g

砂糖 10g

水 250ml

ラズベリー 1粒

黒蜜 適量

きな粉 適量

作り方：

1. ボウルにアガーと砂糖を入れて混ぜる。

2. 小鍋に水と(1)を入れて混ぜ、強火で熱する。沸騰したら弱火で2分煮る。

3. (2)を鍋ごと氷水につけて、3分ほどよく混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。

4.丸製氷皿にラズベリーを入れ、(3)を流し入れる。冷蔵庫に1時間ほど入れて冷やし固める。

5. 製氷皿からそっと取り出して皿にのせ、黒蜜ときな粉をかけたら、完成！

抹茶のレインドロップケーキ
2人分

材料：

クールアガー 8g

砂糖 10g

抹茶 小さじ1/2

水 250ml

黒蜜 適量

きな粉 適量

作り方：

1. ボウルにアガー、砂糖、抹茶を入れて混ぜる。

2. 小鍋に水と(1)を入れて混ぜ、強火で熱する。沸騰したら弱火で2分煮る。

3. (2)を鍋ごと氷水につけて、3分ほどよく混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。

4.丸製氷皿に(3)を流し入れる。冷蔵庫に1時間ほど入れて冷やし固める。

5. 製氷皿からそっと取り出して皿にのせ、黒蜜ときな粉をかけたら、完成！

(English Recipe)

GALAXY CLEAR JELLY CAKE
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
Star Mixture
3 grams silver sugar pearls
1 tablespoon hot water

Water Jelly
15 grams agar
10 grams sugar
250 milliliters water

Blue Jelly
150 milliliters water
50 milliliters blue Hawaii syrup
40 milliliters strawberry syrup
20 grams agar powder

Special Equipment
Ice ball tray

PREPARATION
Make the star mixture: In a small bowl, combine the sugar pearls and hot water and whisk until the all of the balls are separated. Set aside.
Make the water jelly: In a small bowl, combine the agar and sugar.
Add the water to a small pan, then add the agar mixture and stir to combine. Cook over high heat until boiling. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, fill a large bowl with ice and cold water.
Move the pan to the ice bath and chill for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the agar mixture into the ice ball tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Make the blue jelly: In a small pan, combine the water, blue Hawaii syrup, strawberry syrup, and agar and stir to combine. Cook over high heat until boiling. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.
Move the pan to the ice bath and chill for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Using a skewer or toothpick, scratch the surface of the chilled water jelly. Pour the star mixture over the water jelly. Add the blue jelly and cover with the lid, and fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove the raindrop cake from the tray.
