胡椒蛤蜊排骨湯 White Pepper Pork Ribs And Clam Soup
材料：-
排骨......................600g
蒜頭......................20瓣
白胡椒粒..............1.5湯匙
蛤蜊(大)...............6隻
薑片......................2片
金門高粱酒..........1/2湯匙
盆鹽......................1茶匙
做法：-
1. 排骨汆水洗淨備用。
2. 白鑊下白胡椒以小火烘出香氣後，拿出備用。(如想胡椒香更能突出，可把胡椒壓碎)
3. 燒一鍋熱水下排骨、白胡椒粒、蒜頭、薑片煮40分鐘，然後下蛤蜊，煮熟後下盆鹽作調味，最後下1/2湯匙金門高粱酒便可。(可隨個人喜好加入適量葱花、芫荽、薑絲)
【胡椒蛤蜊排骨湯】- 天冷的時候，最想喝♨️一碗熱騰騰的湯。最近⬇️氣溫驟降，正好來烹調這道【胡椒蛤蜊排骨湯】。白胡椒香味濃郁，能驅寒暖胃，喝完以後，整個人都覺得暖呼呼，踢走手腳冰冷。
