•Milk Tea Chocolate Cro-Dough HKD $38, which is said to be 1 of the best Cronut equivalent in town. (This kind of Pastry need to be served quite close to after baking. On this occasion, it was a little Soft but tasty. May be it was also the time we had it delivered.)

Ritz-Carlton HK 🇭🇰 Croissant 🥐 牛角包. You can tell from the layerings and also the coloring. This one is certainly 1 of the best, if not the best version there is in town. I still remember back in the days it was already good, but over the years they kept developing it to become Top Class. Yet somehow it doesn't get a lot of Coverage. But personally this is bordering on a 9.5 to 9.8 / 10 Croissant experience. I could have given it a 10/10 rating but it is true that I have had slightly better in my life on a lucky, fresh batch day. But this is right up there and one had to realize Pastries are sensitive by the minute & also carries slightly diff personal styles and expressions. 😍😍®️

Finally got to try theses pastries and donuts from the famous Amatissimo Caffè's pop up store at #emquartier that will be there until end of August. I really like the donut - soft pillow brioche dough with luscious fillings which is light in flavor so that it doesn't overpower the yummy dough (had chocolate truffle flavor this time). The pastries, on the other hand, are (very) buttery, crispy and heavy in weight, which we think some people would love, while some might find it too much for their palette. Overall worthy of trying though a bit pricey in our opinion
