So rich in history and culture. Beautiful city with modern architecture and stunning performances retelling history from 2000+ years ago. In such little time we used our time wisely and went to many places and tour guides were so thorough, felt so overwhelmed and learned so much!

About 187 km away from Kota Kinabalu, Kudat is a place populated mainly by the Rungus people. Located at the northernmost tip of Borneo, the Simpang Mengayau, also known as the Tip of Borneo is where you can be in two places at once - the place where the South China Sea and the Sulu Sea meet.

Simpang Mengayau is a spot where you can be at two places at once. This location is where the South China Sea meets the Sulu Sea. Stay for the dramatic sunset and then stay some more to stargaze. The night sky here is spectacular!

The route is from Taipa Village to Coloane village and ending the Macau travel adventure with the Lord Stow's Egg Tarts is perfect!
