#throwbackthursday 今天悄悄走回一星期前，在巴黎的短短幾天，有機會當然要一嘗當地的馬卡龍，試了幾個品牌，最喜歡的必選 Hugo & Victor。其甜度適中，表面輕脆，奶油餡份量剛剛好，完全沒有膩感。朱古力、焦糖和伯爵茶味道尤佳。
Let's slightly throw back to a week ago when I was in Paris tasting different brands of macrons. Hugo et Victor would be the perfect one for me among all those brands I have tasted. The various color outlook has also attracted you and its sweetness was just right. Cookies were crispy but not crunchy. Buttercream was just at its right amount that made you want to have another one. Among all the flavours, chocolate, caramel and earl grey were outstanding. ;)
