INGREDIENTS:
Brownie :
1. แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ 1/2 ถ้วย | ½ Cup (60g) white whole wheat flour
2. เบกกิ้งพาวเดอร์ 1/4 ช้อนชา | ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
3. เบกกิ้งโซดา 1/4 ช้อนชา | ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
4. เกลือ 1/4ช้อนชา | ¼ Tsp Salt
5. ผงโกโก้ 1/3 ถ้วย | ⅓ Cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
6. น้ำผึ้ง 1/3 ถ้วย | 1/3 Cup (168g) of honey
7. แอปเปิ้ลซอส 1/2 ถ้วย | ½ Cup (121g) unsweetened apple sauce
8. น้ำมันมะพร้าว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ | 2 Tbsps (28g) coconut oil
9. กลิ่นวานิลา 1/2 ช้อนชา | ½ Tsp vanilla extract
10. ไข่ไก่ 1 ฟอง | 1 Egg
Buttercream :
1. เนย 1/2 ถ้วย | Butter 1/2 cup
2. น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 1/2 ถ้วย | Icing sugar 1/2 cup
3. นม 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ | Milk 3 tbsp.
4. กลิ่นวานิลา 2 ช้อนชา | Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
5. สีผสมอาหาร Food coloring
6. ลูกกวาด Candy cane
INSTRUCTIONS
1. เอาน้ำผึ้งอุ่นในไมโครเวฟ 1 นาที (เผื่อให้เป็นของเหลวจะได้ผสมได้ง่ายขึ้น) พอได้แล้วก็ผสมกับผงโกโก้ In a microwavable safe bowl add the honey. Microwave 1 minute. Now add in the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until combined
2. ผสมแป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ เบกกิ้งโซดา เบกกิ้งพาวเดอร์ เกลือ รวมกันแล้วพักไว้ Set that bowl aside and get out a larger bowl for your dry ingredients. Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and combine well
3. นำถ้วยน้ำผึ้งและโกโก้มาผสมด้วยน้ำมันมะพร้าว แอปเปิ้ลซอส กลิ่นวานิลา และไข่ไก่ Set that bowl aside and bring back your honey mixture. Add the rest of your wet ingredients to the honey mixture and mix until smooth and chocolatey

Bake A Cake Inside An Egg
Here's The Recipe...
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
12 brown eggs
a thumbtack or pin
a wooden spoon (or something to help coax the egg out of the shell)
two containers, one small one large, to hold the egg yolks and whites
a large container to hold all the empty egg shells
one tablespoon salt
vegetable oil
a muffin tin
aluminum foil
PREPARATION
1. Place the egg on a paper towel. With the tack, puncture the top of the egg and swirl the tack around to loosen the hole. Carefully chip bits of the egg shell away with the tack and your fingers until a small hole forms. The smaller the hole the better — aim for 1/4" to 1/2" in — but you want to make sure that the yolk is able to come out and you can fill the shell with the batter.
2. Before you turn the punctured eggs upside down to empty out their yolks and whites into a container, take note of the number of eggs needed for your batter recipe (cake, brownie, or pancake). You'll want to drain that many eggs into a separate container so you can use them for the batter.
3. To drain the eggs, puncture the yolk so that it easily comes out of the shell, then use the back of a wooden spoon to coax the liquid out, like you might have to with a ketchup bottle. If there are any rough edges on the egg shells, get rid of them carefully with your fingers.
3. Rinse the eggs shells three times each until water runs clear out of them. Prepare a cold salt water bath for the shells and completely submerge. Leave for 30 minutes and then rinse the shells again with cold water.
4. Coat the inside of the shell with oil. Wipe off any oil that gets on the outside of the shell.
5. Use aluminum foil to create nests inside the muffin tin. Place the egg shells upright in the muffin tin and make sure they are secure.
INGREDIENTS
Duncan Hines classic yellow cake mix*, prepared according to package directions, which call for:
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
fruit jam, frosting, or whipped cream for dipping
*We tried various yellow cake mix brands and all of them worked; these are the least fussy and easiest to make of the three cake egg recipes here. We preferred the flavor of Duncan Hines.
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Create small foil cups and place inside a muffin tin to hold the empty egg shells upright, then put the shells in the muffin tin.
3. Stir cake batter ingredients together until combined.
4. Put a large Ziploc bag into a bowl or, even better, a liquid measuring cup if you have it then pour batter into the bag. Seal the bag. Then, with scissors, cut off a tiny piece of one corner of the Ziploc bag and using that hole to squeeze the cake batter into the prepared egg shells — like a piping bag — until they are 2/3 full.
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. It's ok if the batter comes out of the hole as they bake. Let cool for 1 hour before scraping off the excess batter with a paring knife, and cracking the eggs.

ブラウニーボトムチーズケーキ
15cmスクエア型
材料:
チョコレート 100g
バター 80g
グラニュー糖 30g
薄力粉 50g
ココアパウダー 40g
卵 1個
クリームチーズ 200g
グラニュー糖 60g
卵 1個
薄力粉 10g
いちご 適量
ブルーベリー 適量
ミントの葉 適量
粉糖 適量
作り方:
1.ブラウニー生地を作る。オーブンを170℃に予熱する。
2.ボウルに溶かしたチョコレート、溶かしたバター、グラニュー糖を入れて混ぜ、続けて薄力粉、ココアパウダー、卵を入れ、その都度泡立て器でよく混ぜる。
3.(3)をクッキングシートをしいた型に入れて表面を平らにならし、オーブンで15分焼く。粗熱が取れるまで冷ます。
4.チーズケーキ生地を作る。オーブンを170℃に予熱する。
5.ボウルにクリームチーズ、グラニュー糖、卵を入れ、泡立て器で滑らかになるまで、薄力粉も加えてその都度よく混ぜる。
6.(3)の生地の上に(5)の生地を流し込んで表面を平らにし、オーブンで30〜40分焼く。
7.粗熱が取れるまで冷まし、冷蔵庫で2時間冷やす。
8.(7)を切り分けてお皿にうつし、いちごとブルーベリーとミントの葉を飾る。上から粉糖をふったら、完成!

Some blueberries
Some mint leaves
Some powdered sugar
PREPARATION
1. For the brownies, preheat the oven to 170℃ (335°F).
2. Mix melted butter, melted chocolate, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, and the egg, then whisk to combine.
3. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter (2) into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
4. For the cheesecake, preheat the oven to 170℃ (335°F).
5. In a bowl, put cream cheese, granulated sugar, and the egg, then mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Add flour, and whisk to combine well.
6. Pour the cream cheese mixture (5) into the loaf pan (3) over the brownie. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
7. Remove from the pan and slice as you like. Put some strawberries, blueberries, and mint leaves on top. Dust with powdered sugar.
8. Enjoy!

Resepi Biskut Brownies Berbadam
Bahan-bahan
2 biji telur
140 gm gula aising
1 sb esen vanila
100 gm tepung naik sendiri
240 gm coklat gelap coin
80 gm mentega
Kacang badam (dicincang)
Nota: Juga boleh gunakan jenis kekacang yang lain.
Cara memasak
1. Campurkan telur bersama gula aising dan kacau sekata menggunakan pemukul telur.
2. Masukkan esen vanila dan kacau sebati.
3. Ayakkan tepung naik sendiri ke dalam campuran dan kacau sebati.
4. Dengan menggunakan kaedah double boil, cairkan coklat gelap coin dan mentega sehingga larut.
5. Campurkan larutan coklat ke dalam adunan tepung dan kacau sehingga sebati.
6. Masukkan adunan ke dalam piping bag dan paipkan menjadi bentuk bulat.
7. Taburkan badam yang dicincang dan bakar pada suhu 150°C selama 30 minit.
8. Biskut brownies berbadam siap untuk dihidangkan.

Brownie Cookies With Almond Recipe
Ingredients
2 nos eggs
140 gm icing sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
100 gm self-raising flour
240 gm dark chocolate coins
80 gm butter
Almond nuts (crushed)
Note: Also can be used with different types of nuts.
Cooking methods
1. Mix eggs with icing sugar and cooperate them using a whisk.
2. Add in vanilla essence and stir well.
3. Sift self-raising flour into the mixture and mix well.
4. Using a double boil method, melt the dark chocolate coins and butter.
5. Pour melted chocolate into the batter and stir evenly.
6. Pour the batter into a piping bag and pipe into round shape.
7. Sprinkle crushed almonds on top of it and bake at 150 °C for 30 minutes.
8. Brownie cookies with almonds ready to be served.
